Horrible customer service...spent 20 mins waiting to give my order as the managers laughed when I asked if anyone would take my order .. I told them I would never go back as I walked out of the store ... They treat the employees badly because they don't want to train them ... There was one girl there that was new and was really trying but it looks like they have fired her ... This place is ridiculous!!!!

I stop by here after work a lot and the general service has seen a slight change. In the past, when I would come through I would always get terrible service and sodas that were never the right ones. I even was told that the registers weren’t working once and I called back to ask about it and they said they were fine. But recently, I’ve been loving the AI drive thru service. It’s efficient and so much nicer than ordering through the workers. I think the AI device was the perfect choice for this location as it seems the workers can handle the work load better. It’s still not perfect but i’m starting to look forward to coming here more often.

I am a doordash driver and I had multiple pickups at this location last night. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and they all were working hard. Nobody was sitting around on their phones or anything. Service was quick and enjoyable. I do a lot of deliveries late at night and at fast food places such as this the service is usually very poor and slow late at night but at this location the service was exceptional, so much so to the point that I felt compelled to leave a review.

There was a long line, and I had a baby and preschooler, so I opted for the kiosk, which I usually avoid. The card reader wouldn't work. Then it told me I had to get my drink cup at the counter that I used the kiosk to avoid. The employees were pleasant and hard-working, but the set-up is terrible. Once we got our food, all I had for chili and baked potato was a spoon that looked like it was meant for a frosty. It was definitely not suitable for cutting through a potato. But with two young children seated at the table, it wasn't worth going back up to ask.
