Hit or miss overall. Wendy’s food is decent when it’s made correctly, but order accuracy can be inconsistent enough to be frustrating. For a quick fast-food stop, it shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Prices have gone up, so getting the correct order every time really matters.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this wendy’s but this time I have decided to finally write a complaint. I ordered a hamburger with pickles, cheese, mustard, and lettuce ONLY, what I got was a cheeseburger with pickles, ketchup, onions, and tomatos. I also order a 4 piece chicken nugget, which, I never but was still charged for. Lazy service, and usually idgaf about writing reviews but i’m honestly tired of it.

Drive thru- May have taken 3 min to get my meal. #1 Single -Burger was hot, tomato lettuce and condiments cold as they should be Fries were hot!! Drink was spot on! Fantastic meal. Have zero complaints.

Been here for 20 minutes had to wait almost my whole lunch break because they ran out of chicken didn't get a sorry or an offer for a free meal for the long wait thanks guys not try to sound like a jerk but you have a full staff and I was in here befor it was ever busy all i was was a to go oder
This Wendy’s is great for a quick meal before you go to the Columbus Zoo. It is easy to order in the drive thru because they have an ai ordering system. I picked up the family chili for dinner which feeds 4-6 people and is delicious.

I let the cashier know there was a piece of paper on my sandwich. She didnt apologize or offer me another sandwich. She just said thanks for letting me know.

Ordered my food 10 mins ago, not a single person has said a word to me, and best I can tell absolutely no one is working on my meal yet. Absolute waste of time and money; won’t be back.

Horrible customer service...spent 20 mins waiting to give my order as the managers laughed when I asked if anyone would take my order .. I told them I would never go back as I walked out of the store ... They treat the employees badly because they don't want to train them ... There was one girl there that was new and was really trying but it looks like they have fired her ... This place is ridiculous!!!!

I stop by here after work a lot and the general service has seen a slight change. In the past, when I would come through I would always get terrible service and sodas that were never the right ones. I even was told that the registers weren’t working once and I called back to ask about it and they said they were fine. But recently, I’ve been loving the AI drive thru service. It’s efficient and so much nicer than ordering through the workers. I think the AI device was the perfect choice for this location as it seems the workers can handle the work load better. It’s still not perfect but i’m starting to look forward to coming here more often.
