Waited in the drive thru for almost 20mins at the window asked for no whip on my drink that had almond milk in it and watched one of the worker scoop it out with a lid through the drive thru window and then tried to give me the wrong drink. Quite literally never coming here again 😂. Honestly doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

The water they use to wash the dishes is ice cold they don’t have no hot water. The management is terrible i asked for a manager and they said they didn’t have one! I never see the lady who owns this coffee shop either because when I asked for her they said she doesn’t come here! Coffee was terrible.

Usually great service, however today they must’ve hired a new person who struggled to get a two coffee order right(same flavor) and when they handed us the coffee they didn’t know which one was almond milk or regular milk. Anyone working in the food industry should be educated on allergies.

I want so badly to like this place since it's local to the community and is very nice looking on the inside and I aim to support business where I live but every time I have come here the service is slow, my coffees have been made incorrectly or cold and the staff cannot answer basic questions about the menu.

Biggby is a wonderful coffee shop, and this location makes amazing bagels and are always nice. Giving low star to get corporates'/owner attention for having TWO people working on a busy saturday morning. Like really? I've been to about 7 different Biggby's and they ALL have at least 5 to 10 people working in there. You've got 2 people working here at any time with 8 people in the lobby and 9 cars in drive through taking LONGER than 17 mins EACH. Absolutely insane. Hire more people.

The slowest Biggby in the entire world, I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes without it moving before I left and went to Dunkin. This is the third time I have decided to give them a try to redeem themselves but every time is a full on event. I do not understand how it takes so long to make coffee and bagels.
