“I just want to shout out Doughboy's Pizza & Wings for the catering for my daughter’s party. If you’re looking to have a really good pizza party & then some, go there. I got 3 whole sheet pizzas, 100 wings, a party pan of salad & rigatoni/meatballs with silverware & plates for $286 plus tip. It was ready on time & fresh. They have such a great menu to choose from. 🩷Everyone loved the food 🍕🍗🥗🍝 There was about 30 kids & 15-20 adults & I still had food leftover.“

“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“Stopped in for wings. The place wasn't very visually appealing. However, the wings were great. We go them to go as I see most people do. They have tables but are more for while you wait. Wait time wasn't bad, ran an errand, came back, and it was ready to go! Friendly staff as well!“

“Fantastic pizza! Both the white and red sauce are great, the crust is a hearty style with a little chew to it and has never come out undercooked (as opposed to several chains that run in Elyria.) Good amount of evenly distributed toppings. Locally owned and run, the owner has been working there each time we've ordered. Support good local food!“

“We have ordered on DoorDash many times but finally made it in to eat in person. I am ALWAYS satisfied with the food. You guys have ruined salads for me because nothing comes close to the blackened chicken salad anywhere else lol the brisket nachos are top notch and I love the French onion dip with the chips. The inside is what you’d expect from a locally owned bar…it’s homey and feels like the kind of place that has a lot of regulars. Definitely one of our go to meals!“

All I had was a $50 bill on me and they had no change so I called up the Pizza Hut to pay by credit card but they were nasty and hung up on me. “I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!

“Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. Of course I tipped, but feel like I should have tipped more FOR KINDNESS!! Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to correct a mishap. I appreciate you! 🌞🌞🌞“

“We order from this location a lot lately the food is usually great and the orders are correct and the drivers are friendly and professional, however our pizza came a little under cooked and when I called about it they were rude and just said that’s how pan pizzas are. I was a manager at a similar pizza place in the area for 4 years and I’m just wondering what happened to any kind of customer service? If a customer is not satisfied with the food there should be a re-make or credit for next time, not only would they not offer anything like that they refused and were rude for no reason.
