Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We love their Friday fish fry but was a little disappointed last night. The fish was overcooked until so hard it wasn’t tasty. It was sent back but only one piece of the replacement was edible but lukewarm. The fries were extra crisp to perfection, as ordered, and the waitress Angela was AWESOME.

Relaxing atmosphere, good food

Awesome as usual! Server was beyond polite. I was on the phone the entire time and she gave me my space. Food was prepared perfectly.

I was a little disappointed. We waited quite a long time for our meal when the waitress came to our table and said there had been an accident in the kitchen and our food would take longer. We had waited quite a long time when this happened. We were now in a hurry to get to my grandson's performance which we were now almost late for. We had to box up all our food and leave without eating. There was nothing done by cracker barrel to accommodate our inconvenience. I always like cracker barrel but this was very disappointing. All the tables around us who were seated after us ( there were 4 if us in our party) were served there food why we continued to wait. Disappointing!

My husband never got his food after 40 minutes my soup was a in apprising mess I had to wipe the edges of the bowl with a napkin You are lucky to get food and service at this C B .we usually go to the one in Clev. Much better in everything .this one is much closer.

Picked up three Thanksgiving turkey meals. Very disappointing, nothing special in any way. One meal was for my 94 years old father, he said it was not that good. Will not be returning for Thanksgiving again.

The restaurant was not busy however it seemed several times that we had been forgotten. We were not looking to rush through the mail but it seemed rather obvious that we were not getting good service when there were very few tables in the restaurant and it was taking quite a long time to get our server back to our table to respond to us. Food was average. Chicken fingers needed to be sent back to the kitchen because we could not eat it. It was so overcooked and tough it was not able to be eaten. We had them replaced with the meatloaf which was okay. Overall an average experience

Food and service is good. Checkout is a nightmare. It takes as long to check out as it does to eat your food. Too many questions, just let us pay for our order.
