I called on a Friday to order a specific item for pickup on Saturday around noon. I got there about 1:00 pm, and the clerk didn't know anything about it. They told me it might have been put out on the shelf. Why, I don't know. Luckily, it was there. But I should not have had to look for it.

Today my 1 year old daughter started choking. she couldn't breathe and turned blue. Thanks to the guy at the pharmacy and random strangers quick reaction they saved my baby's life. I will forever be extremely grateful to all of those who helped us today. You guys are our hero's!! I could never repay you all for what you all deserve to be paid. Just know i never will forget you all and you all will always hold a special spot in our hearts! The little piggy is perfectly fine and even enjoined a nice swim in her pool! She now gets to celebrate her 1st birthday tomorrow. Without you guys she never would have!

Sheffield village store has the worst costumer service ever. Shame on the management for not teaching your young employee's to have better manners with their loyal customers. My husband was just in there buying "Bob Evans" ham (which by the way is $5 more than Wal-Mart's price.) And was told very rudely by a young male employee that they will not price match. so my husband told him that he would go to Walmart and buy the ham or they could price match and he would get it there. Then the little punk had a nerve to tell my husband that it's not his problem if my husband decided to go to Walmart for the ham instead of getting it there. That young man is in serious need of retraining.
