The subway in Sheffield Lake. The young man that was WORKING BY HIMSELF! Took care of my order kinda sad that this is the second time we went to this Subway and he was working by himself. He did an amazing job taken care of the drive thru orders and the on-line orders. Then taken our order. He should get a raise!

I called and asked if they charged for ice because my grandma was overheating today because it was really hot outside, I go to subway waiting at the front counter both girls see me and my partner waiting and still didn’t say anything kept talking crap about ā€œa person calling to see if ice was freeā€ not knowing the situation I currently am in. My grandma was dying of thirst and overheating I just wanted a cup of ice. I didn’t ask for water, a drink or nothing. I just wanted ice for my grandma. I worked for subway before I’ve NEVER TREATED my customers like this.

I waited in the drive-thru 15 minutes past my pick up time because they were still preparing my order. They had no soup available. One worker inside, every time I go to this location I regret it. It's always understaffed and slow.

On East Erie, a great shop to stop for a snack. With a drive-thru on the east side of the little shop, it makes for a convenient stop on the way to a picnic at the park! Great staff and I like the owner a lot. Holds good hours, is spotless, and is far from chintzy!

this is a coupon refusal franchise location & no written notice stating no coupons, subway from corporate to franchise owners is just ridiculous at this point.

Great worker but the place is understaffed.

I went in there and there were three cars in the drive through lane, at least three pickup orders and another three people waiting in line.

And understand that these orders were rather large, with multiple sandwiches needing to be made from scratch.

Unfortunately, there was only one worker who by the way was friendly, diligent and trying to do the best that he could do.

After waiting several minutes and and realizing it would be quite some time before I could even place my order I decided to leave.

Worst possible place to go to. Staff is using vulgar language, takes forever to be service. And to top it off no ice in the self service pop machine. Almost walked out because the place is just dirty. No one ever mops that floor I can tell. Plus the sub I got was hard. I asked for extra ranch. Didn't get it. I even asked again and they walked away to the back. I recommend any other subway or just stop going altogether. Yall just need new employees all around.

Wishing I had listened to other people’s reviews of this particular location. I ordered a BLT and received a sandwich filled with lettuce and tomato but had to dig to find any bacon. I took it back inside and was told there are 8 slices on the sandwich. There were not 8 slices. I ended up going to the grocery store and buying my own bacon for this so called BLT that cost nearly $10. I also asked for provolone cheese and it looked as though she tore small pieces of cheese and put them in there instead of a slice. I have been going to various Subway locations for years and never had such a shotty sandwich. Will not ever be going back to this one.

The regular subs are great. We tried the new pretzel and the long cookie. Not good at all, pretzel tasted like cardboard and the cookie tasted like the plastic tray it was in. The normal cookies are way better. Should went that route.

lady working was so mean even if i didn’t have to pay 24$ for 2 sandwiches because they don’t take coupons that would have been enough for me to not go back to this location. makes a lot of sense why the place was so dead. and i didn’t get bacon on my sub):
