Walked in at 8:00 to get a sandwich. They don't close till 10:00. A man with dreads came to the counter but he was only there to clock out. He didn't even greet me. There was a Latino girl with her arms crossed by the fryer staring right at me. Would not wait on me. Another black woman heavyset would not even look up from her phone. A white guy walked past the dude with dreads who had clocked out didn't acknowledge me either. I guess it's a crappy time to be a white blonde woman. I give this place a zero. Whole family of 6 got sick after eating the roast beef yesterday. My mother called up there spoke to a lady manager, she was very snotty after my mom asked her if there was something wrong with the roast beef because it had a weird smell to it and the family was getting sick. Called again today to speak with another guy manager, after hearing of the concern of the meat, he stated the employee and yesterdays manager just doesn't care. He said this was the 4th call he received complaining about the roast beef!!He stated he smelled the horrible smell when he came in. Can't seem to get ahold of anyone higher to actually do something about this, but this is absolutely disgusting that a entire family is I'll because of a poorly ran business

We live nearby but rarely get fast food. My daughter had a doctor's appointment out of town today, and by the time we got back we were all hungry so we stopped.. but I almost wish we hadn't. $41 later for 2 adults and 2 kids, and they forgot most of our food! We had to go back in twice to get the rest of our stuff, the receipt was snatched out of my hand and the lady had a huge attitude with me. Slammed the cup down on the table when I told her theyd forgotten my drink that went with my meal. I mean, we paid a dollar for a cup of cheese, I want all that I paid my hard earned money for! Thanks for helping me prove to my husband the reason that I'd rather eat at home. Expensive and flat out rude.. OH and to take the cake, there was hair in my sandwich!!!

When I walked in I didn't even look at cashier bc I was just picking up my app order buy one get one free beef n cheddar. Sometimes I can really taste how good it is unless my taste buds are off but they are pretty good. My dog also ate the other one bad boy bc someone left my bag on the floor lol.

Literally ordered 2 items. Roast beef Gyro and potato cakes. The potato cakes were rock hard and not even edible. Those potato cakes had to of been sitting out for hrs. The Gyro had some kind of sweet watery orange/reddish sauce all over and not the Gyro sauce. It was so gross. I ended up just throwing the food away because it was not fresh, and gross. I should've known because this location is always lacking in giving customers fresh hot food.

We usually don't have any trouble with this Arby's and the food is always soooo good, but today we had trouble with the order taker/window girl. She was in a hurry and got mad at us when we kept having to re-ask for things, she wasn't hearing us and we weren't understanding her. We feel bad, and I know the job is fast paced, but communication is important. Oh, and my mom just said her Philly cheesesteak had gristle and bone in it, idk if it's supposed to? Poor service and a night shift manager with an attitude when they get an order wrong and have to fix it. I always tell people if you don’t like your job find a new one chances are your gonna lose the one you have if you don’t appreciate it :/
its ok they needs to be more polite to their delivery people & the half pound sandwhich shouldnt be flowing in cheese it makes a awful nasty sloppy sandwich that falls apart making it a waste of $.
