Half the time something is missing or a request for no cheese on a sandwich was not followed. Even though the receipt was correct the food was not. Drive through staff are nice and pleasant, but food assembly staff need to read modifications please.

don’t place an online order for pickup, the workers will snatch it from you acting like it isn’t yours and when you ask them the name that is on the order they will ignore you.

Me and my son (two years old) went thru the drive thru on our road trip got a sandwich and mozzarella sticks for me and a kids meal they handed me my bags said it was everything after getting on the highway noticed my food missing, called 15 times and got they busy signal ? I want a full refund because not the first time Arby’s has done this with forgetting food and you can’t even get ahold of anyone
