KFC is going downhill. They gave me dry white meat when I ordered all dark meat.

We stopped eating KFC because of other locations. We decided to give this one a try and we were not disappointed. Chicken was crispy and not overcooked.

Come hungry, spend good money, and leave hungry. not worth what they charge. you think your going to get a lot but your not.
Placed an order online to pick up, but was told they didn't have my order and no one tried to help me solve my issue, even though I showed them my receipt and the email, but instead I got attitude and was told unless my name is in the system there's nothing I can do !

My dad used to get KFC back in the seventies I remember since then but it was affordable, these days the price is pretty outrageous. And pieces are definitely smaller, so unless you have a craving for the specific flavor not the best choice for family size fast food.

Definitely NOT “finger lickin good”! They forgot our 12 pc nugget and sauces. When I went back to get them the chick at the window was swearing and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Once I got the nuggets they were burnt and dry. Overall none of the food was particularly hot when received and they weren’t busy when we showed up the first time. I had attempted to reach them by phone but none of my calls were answered.

This is the worst place to ever go eat the Amherst is way better took the wife to get some food before our movie started and the workers were young goof balls goofing around the meal was cold chicken looked like it was there for hours the chicken was cold the biscuit was as to hard the fries was cold an also took 15 mins to get old food nothing was fresh the staff was kinda rude I’ll never recommend anyone to eat there the owner needs to make some major improvements as far as staffing that place and executing the orders out for the customers better an faster or just go out of business and let another establishment get a shot cause that place sucked badly 💯💯 make better improvements and I’ll take the review down

Bought 2 5 piece chicken strip meals and gor NO SAUCES. come on!! It's not that difficult of a job
Resteraunt was very clean. Food was fresh and hot. The manager was overlooking everything constantly. He is a very good manager and it shows. I haven't seen a Resteraunt that well ran in decades. Thats how it should be. Very impressed.

Ordered food through the app. Was ready when I got there. The sweet tea, Cole slaw, and Cherry Bites were delicious. KFC's sweet tea beats McDonald's hands down. The deep fried mashed potato balls were overcooked. The French fries were saturated in grease and soggy. The chicken was okay. Definately not made with the Colonel's special recipe. Raising Cane's chicken is 100% better than KFC. Do better KFC if you want to stay in business.

I called the store as soon as I placed my mobile order to tell them I would like fresh food, I got one fresh chicken sandwich and one cold soggy one. The mashed potatoes, side of gravy, and Mac and cheese were barely even warm and clumpy and old. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent, and with the attitude of the employees and the atmosphere, I didn’t even want to go back and get it fixed.
