Got the family bucket of chicken with four sides mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw extra crispy french fries mac and cheese and some dipping sauce
If I could give zero stars I would. Spent $30 and they got the the order wrong. Drove back, they replaced the order and after I got home it was STILL wrong. (Items missing) and they also OVERCHARGED me for the meal they accidentally rang up instead of what I originally ordered. Also it didn’t help that they had the BIGGEST attitude the whole time like it was our fault. Waste of money, waste of gas. Never again!!! If you like KFC go to the Amherst location instead.

The chicken I have been wanting for a fre days looked sad, like it was yesterday's food. The biscuit was SUPER HARD as a rock & potatoes were super cold, I had gotten the crispy chicken and MORE THAN half the crispy was missing off all 3 pieces. I called the store spoke to a manager and he seemed VERY unsympathetic. Not that I was looking for a free meal or refund. But an apology would have been nice. He pretty much attacked me saying our chicken is made fresh every 2 hours and absolutely not is it from yesterday. He was rude.

This KFC is a reliable KFC and a safe bet for that undeniable crave for crispy fried chicken. The drinks are always flat. The service is eh. This place is definitely not the best place I've ever been but it is still good.
