I have been member of Sam's club for about 8 years. Went yesterday and was disappointed with their new scan and go. so if you don't have scan and go you won't get the discounted rate on certain items. the lady was rude about it. First of all we pay for a membership to shop and now you have to download scan and go on your phone. what about the people that have flip phones, or the customers that don't know how or simply can't do the technology.
