Food was decent. Server was decent. Atmosphere was decent. Overall it's a decent experience but nothing spectacular
I think their food could use a lot more flavor personally. Servers are really bad about telling the guests their name!

Used to be one of my favorite places.. Ordered 3 lasagnas today for carryout... Portions were so small that it was extremely disappointing.. Never again..

Food took forever to come out and was on the cold side. Was never asked if we needed another drink. Also waited at least 25 minutes for the rolls to come out. Wont go back

If you are going to Sorento's or ordering takeout I have to recommend the large pizza. It's the perfect blend of crispy-char and tender crust. The sauce has a great taste and is more like crushed tomatoes than a sauce. It's a little pricey compared to other pizza places, but sometimes you need quality over quantity. The family sized pizza is too much for their oven and just doesn't come out as perfect as the large.

Food wasn't that great. Chicken in the chicken alfredo was burnt and dry and it all had no flavor. Had to drive back for dressing for the salads. They did refund 20 back to the card for the meal but because they were closing they had no cooks and so I didn't get to eat the dinner I ordered. I get it, it's just frustrating.

One of my favorite local restaurants. Food is always fresh. The eggplant Parmesan is delicious. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and good service. Highly recommend.

Driving back from Cedar Point, hungry and tired. Saw signs for Sorrento's off I-90 (Sheffield). Had the best lemoncello martinis, yummy caesar salad and THE BEST pizza (meatballs and anchovies). Mia, our server, was so sweet and efficient. Atmosphere was great, huge menu, Italian restaurant.. will be back again!!
