Prices are crazy they have cold butter packets when I’m paying 30 dollars for a meal I want my butter to have gold flakes in it lmao sorry not sorry…..
Hidden Gem!
We have been eating at Sorrento Ristorante since they moved to the location behind Cracker Barrel...that is years and years. Until recently this was our go to place for eating out.... unfortunately the last few times we were there the food is truly not good. My husband had Italian Wedding Soup which was mostly broth, he also ordered Chicken Parm...the chicken was burnt and dry....I had the meatball casserole which was super salty. Prior to this time I had Eggplant Parm which used to be my favorite at this place...not any more. The eggplant was mushy and tasteless. What happen? New chef? New owners?
Overpriced processed food from a can.
Good food, great service, and definitely the best pizza in Sheffield Lake 🍕

The pizza was very good. Service was great.
The pizza was horribly dry and had so much grease that it soaked through the box before we even got it home!
Instead of telling us they didn't have actual cheesy bread, they gave us garlic bread with mozzarella just slapped on top of it??
Asked for garlic butter and again, instead of just telling us they didn't carry any, they gave us a cup of literal butter and poured minced garlic into it.. never ordering from here again!
Service was outstanding! Food was delicious. What more could I ask for!
Waitress was very nice. But I got a New York strip steak and got food poisoning. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for food poisoning.

MY first time however... NOT My last time
Elegant authentic Italian restaurant with great service, ambiance, and amazing food! We ordered Italian Wedding Soup and customized the Caprese pizza by adding bacon. The staff got a hoot out of that, but man, was that a great decision. Not a ton of options on the menu for non alcoholic drinks, but our waitress offered a delicious mango lemonade. 10/10
Our server, Allie (sp?), was fantastic!
Pizza could have been a bit more baked in the middle.
Great food , staff are amazing , my son had a seizure and they were so kind and helpful. Big thank you to the manager think her name is Ann marie . Thankyou so much for your concern for my son . We will definitely be back
Very mediocre food. Service could use some more knowledge about the wines and the entrees. But that's what you get for the middle of no where Italian food.
