I visited this morning and experienced some hiccups with my matcha latte. There was a delay in receiving my order, almost like they expected a different order to be picked up. They asked me to pull around to the side of the store. When I got it, the drink wasn't sweetened. The staff kindly added sugar-free vanilla pumps when I went into the store, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the matcha wasn't mixed thoroughly. It was quite chunky, especially toward the bottom of the cup. While matcha can clump as it cools, my drink was still warm when I noticed this issue. It seems like it may have been prepared hastily when they realized the mixup.
The team was accommodating when I raised concerns, but the execution could have been better.

Do you miss winter during the summer? The AC is set to 60 or below. Everyone was wearing jackets and my legs hurt after sitting for a few hours in the cafe. You can't enjoy sitting inside for too long.

I go to Starbucks on Abbe Road in Sheffield, order large hot pour over. Coffee surprise me — very good, strong, but not burnt taste at all. Many times pour over can be bitter, here it was smooth, robust, easy to drink. Staff make it fast, no problem. Всё отлично.

Better customer service toward all is recommended. If they don’t offer a certain item, baristas should be familiar on how to respond/handle any issue presented, in a professional, kind matter, and not continue a negative conversation with other employees as the customer is walking out.
