I always ask them to help me mix my drink, but they often forget to. Not to mention, my experience tonight was absolutely awful. I was trying to make a drive-thru order, and so I waited there by the speaker for quite some time, and nobody was there. The menu was down, and the parking let was empty. It was 7 already, so I figured that they might’ve closed it. I went up to first window, and there was this blond kid up there. I told him my situation, and I surely wouldn’t have minded to drive back again to make my order at the speaker, but he was so incredibly rude to me, scolding me for being impatient and careless. He claimed that they were ready to speak with me as soon as I started pulling up. He was skinny, blonde, and white, and he gave me a reasonable amount of sass. I’ve been working really hard all day, and so I really wanted to treat myself to something sweet. The majority of my experience with the other workers was pleasant; however, I really do hope to never encounter him again.

Friendly staff... 2 large spiced somethings and 2 pieces of banana cake...like $24 dollars. Not a good value. Don't go often now I know why.

Please for the love of everything please stop putting cinnamon on drinks that did not ask for cinnamon idk why this location keeps doing it i do not want a cinnamon flavored drink I want to taste brown sugar not cinnamon please stop with the cinnamon

I always have a great experience and the staff is wonderful here BUT I am begging to please stop using marker on cups, especially the plastic cups for cold drinks, the marker runs and has gotten on my car and clothes. I don't need a note or smiley face on my coffee. It's great the way it is.

The employees were rude and the supervisor too!!! Me and my friends went there to have coffee and have a great time chatting with each other but they told us to keep quiet at first then the second time, the supervisor came to us and told us to stop screaming. We weren't even screaming. We were talking and laughing just having a great time. And take note: WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE THE WHOLE TIME!! It was a Sunday evening. BTW, all of us ordered coffee. Me and my friends are all asians. Maybe there were complaining about us because they can't understand our language and also they said that they have a policy that we are not allowed to be loud in the store. There was no policy about it. We took a picture of their policy which is posted on their entrance door. They are RACIST! We felt offended, discriminated and disrespected!!!! We will file a serious complaint about this. This isn't right!!! We don't want this to happen again to other customers. BTW, the name of the supervisor is BETH!!!

Grabbing a latte, I find this store seems to put forth a lot more effort when it comes to the accuracy. Food is a lil pricey, but pretty good. Staff are always friendly. This is my favorite store. By far.

Sure I am not returning to this location again, the drive thru line is long as usual. So I decided to step in the location a wait there after ordering something to drink. As I get up to the registers the girl ther then asks what the hell do i want at that point I walked out. That is not how you do business to customers

I visited this morning and experienced some hiccups with my matcha latte. There was a delay in receiving my order, almost like they expected a different order to be picked up. They asked me to pull around to the side of the store. When I got it, the drink wasn't sweetened. The staff kindly added sugar-free vanilla pumps when I went into the store, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the matcha wasn't mixed thoroughly. It was quite chunky, especially toward the bottom of the cup. While matcha can clump as it cools, my drink was still warm when I noticed this issue. It seems like it may have been prepared hastily when they realized the mixup.

The team was accommodating when I raised concerns, but the execution could have been better.
