When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time. The other location I recommend is Chestnut Commons.

They're good most the time. Today I ordered a crunchwrap and paid extra to add potatoes. They replaced the meat with potatoes instead.
Wait time wasn’t bad but I placed a mobile order Crunchwrap no tomatoes and and a beefy 4 layer NO BEANS .. well turns out there’s beans in my burrito ( I’m allergic) and tomatoes in my Crunchwrap and it’s AWFULLY skimpy. Sooo not happy luckily I checked

We are from out of town... Ordered a soft taco family box from this location and after waiting for the food... our tacos were freezing cold like they just pulled them out the fridge. Circled back, took inside and they remade them. I am definitely glad we checked before we hit the road again ?♀️
