How do you wait in line for over 10 min just to pull up to the window and have them tell you they are out of beef? Second time in less than a week - they say they have no beef? Why not state that when the customer is ordering instead of running their card and making them wait 2x for their refund? How are you out of beef for over a week?

When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time. The other location I recommend is Chestnut Commons.
