I got out of my car and went into place an order just to be told that I had to use the kiosk and I said I have to? And was told yes I have to... considering my vision is blurred that's insane you definitely lost a customer.
When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time.

As something of a Taco Bell connoisseur, this was a good experience. Place was pretty busy for a Saturday night, thankfully the wait was short and food was good (by Tbell standards). ?
