I started getting Gioninos last year after Mama's pizza wanted $100 for a small pizza (joke) and I haven't regretted it! I think they have the best pizza in town. Prices are affordable, wings are big, also they serve FRIED CHICKEN. Not many pizza places offer both wings & fried chicken. That alone makes this place stand out. It's delicious too! Only reason they get a 4, is they recently upped their prices ..it's still within my budget, but I'm still not a fan of any price increase. Still, I recommend them.

Overall not worth the higher prices. The cheesy bread was good, definitely could’ve used more cheese but still good. We paid for extra cheese on our pizza, if this is what they consider extra cheese, then I’d hate to see a regular…. It was the thinnest layer of cheese! And their cheese is rubbery. We also aren’t a fan of the sauce they use, I don’t know how to describe what was wrong, we just simply didn’t like it

Food is always as expected and good for the price. Try their big family bundles with pizza, chicken, jojos, and coleslaw! So much food for the money! Workers are always so busy working hard and taking orders. ?

The Shelby Gionino's is probably the best of the three Gioninos I know of including Mansfield/Bucyrus. Nestled in a building on main street like a big city pizza joint, it feels weirdly regal to go in there. Staff is always either bubbly or callous in that entertainingly pizzeria kinda way. As for the food, the pizza is great and i especially prefer that you can order a LOT of potato wedges if you're feeling froggy and/or depressed. It's the midwest so the choices aren't stellar but the caprese pizza is a standout for its traditional flavor. Try it.
Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place, they have salads and vegetarian pizzas. No cauliflower crust but they'll get there, someday..
Parking: Street parking, and you won't get towed if you park at KFC.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door doesn't open by itself but since the entrance is on the street getting to it is easy.
