I went here and bought the frozen matcha drink, and omg they are one of the best places for matcha! It was so flavorful and had such a rich taste. I seriously cannot stop thinking about it.
I also got a muffin and it the first bite tasted had hints of a taste of the other pastries, but that was likely because it was in a fridge with other pastries. The rest of the muffin was really good and a very large portion for only $3.

I’ve been to this coffee shop twice when I was getting tattoos down the road. My husband and I happened to go through Shelby today and he stopped there because I had talked multiple times how good the coffee was…big disappointment. There was a lady in front of us with 5 kids. She ordered her $50 worth of drinks and her and the cashier proceeded to stand at the register and chat for 5-10 minutes while I believe the owner just stood, leaning up against the counter on her phone. Finally the cashier took my order for one coffee (they were out of large cups so I had to get a smaller one. But that was fine. I paid $5.00). She finally started on the lady’s large order and another girl came from the back. You would think she came to help or maybe the girl on her phone would help..nope. They ALL 3 then stood and talked. The cashier slowly would make drinks but would keep stopping and just talking. After about 15 minutes and watching them talk and laugh, my husband and I just walked out. Didn’t bother asking for my money back, wasn’t worth it. Completely disappointed because I love their cafe mochas but never get them because I don’t live close to Shelby. Horrible horrible service.
EDIT: in response to their response to my complaint…the cashier was indeed talking to the customer, about her texting the customers mom. The other lady (I believe was wearing a pink shirt) was on her phone the ENTIRE time. And all three women were standing there talking as the cashier slowly made drinks in between stopping to talk and laugh. Also, never once was my drink called out…I was sitting right in front of the counter and the only thing that was ever said to anyone other than the three of you talking was the lady in front of me was asked if she wanted a drink carrier. I understand it’s your business but let’s not lie to make it look better for you. Learn from it and be better.

The best coffee around. But I have neverrrrr waited less than 15 minutes for my one singular coffee. You have to wake up atleast 25 minutes early in the morning if you want to get coffee from here. Incredibly slow. I would get coffee every single day if the wait time wasn’t insane.

I went to this shop with my friend twice. The second experience ruined my mood for the day. The day was Thursday the 23rd of January. I'm not sure if who was working, but they need retrained. The two drinks I originally paid for were good!! The workers were quick with the transaction but were not friendly. I went back up after a few sips to ask for a water and was given two normal sized cups. The waters I asked for were prepared behind the backs of two workers and over a sink. The waters didn't taste correct either due to the ice or the water it's self. If the water filtration system is connected to that sink, this review is to say the water tasted soapy. I had money out to pay for the water and put it in the tip jar. Learning that the waters cost money through a reply to my friends review was a little postponed to typical business conversation. I can say the food and drinks were good.

I went on Thursday and had the best experience! The baristas were so kind and offered me guidance when I was unsure of what to get as I am not a big coffee drinker. My drink and bacon, egg, and cheese bagel were so good. I will definitely be coming back.
Very rude service, I literally think those 2 girls working on Thursday put something in my friend and I’s water bc it tasted like dirty dish water. Also, after I used the restroom one of the employees gave me a RUDE stare down all the way back to my seat for NO reason. I was excited to come back, but after my 2nd experience with all of those issues, no thanks. Those 2 girls ruined the whole place for me and my friend.

This was a very clean and cute cafe! The coffee was delicious, and the decor was beautiful and had a nice touch to it! The workers were very kind and got my order to me quickly. Parking can be challenging. What they have is worth it! There is parking at the back side of the restaurant. 5 Stars to Food, Service & Atmosphere 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 .

Parking can be a challenge, floors and inside glass not very clean. Coffee was hot the 2nd time and flavor ok. Don't recommend trying the pumpkin spice latte at all. You will be disappointed.

1st going to this place. Coffe had no clover even with getting like to extra pumps for a small coffee. Got a baked potato, so Shiesty with the portion of cheese, chives butter. Like I’m just eating a potato. Relax give some so it can be at least be eaten and not so dry. If you can’t afford to give a nice size portion then why sell it.
