I ordered a 10 piece chicken all white meat and the Tuesday 8 piece thigh and legs. Had to wait for chicken which was no issue. Got my food and get home. Opened the 8 piece and the chicken didn't look like it was cooked all the way. Most of the chicken didn't have any breading on it and just looked awful. The 10 piece had only one breast and the rest was legs and thighs. It also had one of the smallest legs I have ever seen about at two inches long. I took it back and the manager was unprofessional and could care less. Got a refund and will never buy from the Shelby KFC ever again.

I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with fries & Mac and cheese. The only thing that was kinda okay was the Mac and cheese.. biscuit was hard as a rock. fries were cold and tasted like they been sitting for hours. Tenders were tough. Not worth the $ anymore.

I used to love their mashed potatoes and gravy, yesterday they were awful. I told the lady wearing gray, but she didn't respond. Chicken tenders were sub par. Manger was nice and friendly upon greeting.

Went to get chicken for lunch today while i had the afternoon off, and this was the most juiciest/crispy chicken i have had in awhile. i ordered the #7 with mashed potatoes & gravy and coleslaw. i asked for crispy, & MAAM YOU HAVE DELIVERED 🤩🤩🤩 KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. 10/10 RECOMMEND

Has to consistently be the worse KFC I’ve ever been to. The chicken has never been good. Always looks, tastes, and feels like it’s been sitting in a tray for the last 12 hours.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken meal. The lady who took my 40.00 yes that is correct 40.00 was rude and not friendly. Got home and found out is was crispy and not original. Could not even eat it it was so salty. Even the potatoes and biscuits were. Needless to say we are done with KFC. They suck and the food is horrible.
Every few months I eat KFC and after mediocre food and painful diarrhea I swear I'll never eat there again.
But it must be kind of worth it because I find myself there a couple of times every year lol

This is a nice KFC. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. The drive thru for this restaurant is connected to the street and the alley behind the restaurant, which is where I came from. I drove right into the drive thru, where I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders, which came with a side of french fries, a drink, and a biscuit. The chicken tenders tasted significantly better than I expected. They were appropriately seasoned, possessed the ideal texture between soft and crunchy, and had the perfect level of rigidity for eating while driving. The french fries were stunningly delicious and way better than any other KFC fries I’ve had, because they had some good seasoning. The biscuit was quite good as well, tasting better than Popeyes. In conclusion, I gave this KFC five stars because it has delicious chicken and fries that were way beyond what I was expecting. The surprisingly good quality of my meal was a larger upset than Kamala Harris replacing Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee. It’s also nice that this rice thru is accessible from the alley behind the restaurant as well as the street in front of it.
Parking: There are free parking spots on the west side of the restaurant.
