Been years since ordering here. Got a flyer in the mail. Thought a Philly mushroom Swiss sub sounded amazing. No flavor and next to nothing sub best part was the crispy bread. The pizza we got was ok much better than the sub. Id rather eat domino's or drive to crestline for checkers Needless to say be years again or if I attempt to go back. Will say the person taking the order was very pleasant and best part of the experience

This establishment employs a man by the name of Tristan (unsure of spelling) who has made racially charged comments to another employee several times now. He called her a monkey and a slave. Hopefully they do the right thing and terminate him.

I have tried to like this place. The pizza is very expensive for what you get. We got pizza and wings and dessert for $50 . I would pay that if the pizza was even good... it isn't.

Used to order the Philly foldover a lot. Used to be just under $10. Since they built the new building that same small Philly foldover is now $16. Even has some random charge for $1.50. Says it's to keep their business going. NO!! The foldovers are good but not nearly that good. I'll drive to norwalk and get the same thing for $10. Way to expensive. Bring back the old building if you have to. You lost another customer.

I wanna clarify, the food itself is good, staff is nice, but it's so insanely expensive, I couldn't recommend this place. I understand the economy isn't doing so well, but you're charging me California prices, when this is middle of nowheres Ohio. I used to get this place religiously 2018-2019. However they got greedy i guess. Just go to Dominos or Gioninos if you want affordable food.

If I could rate them no stars I would but I had to give them one star so I could write this review. I am a regular customer and this last visit will be my last. I ordered two orders of 10 pc. wings and when I was ordering them I asked for lots of sauce to put on them. Now I was supposedly talking to a manager when I ordered so imagine my surprise when I get my order and there's no sauce on either order. So when I call back to get a new order, that is when he informs me they no longer put sauce in their wings. So not only am I not getting lots of sauce on my wings like he kept saying there would be, but that now Im going to have to wait who knows how long for two little cups of sauce for each order. And since I got food delivered, never mind it was wrong, I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Food is outrageously priced. Thought we would give them a try since they upgraded everything. But not impressed. Got 2 subs an 2 orders of wings and was $52. An some change. Food tasted ok but definitely disappointed.
Loved it! Enjoyed it on the patio of the connected brewery!
