This establishment employs a man by the name of Tristan (unsure of spelling) who has made racially charged comments to another employee several times now. He called her a monkey and a slave. Hopefully they do the right thing and terminate him.

I wanna clarify, the food itself is good, staff is nice, but it's so insanely expensive, I couldn't recommend this place. I understand the economy isn't doing so well, but you're charging me California prices, when this is middle of nowheres Ohio. I used to get this place religiously 2018-2019. However they got greedy i guess. Just go to Dominos or Gioninos if you want affordable food.

If I could rate them no stars I would but I had to give them one star so I could write this review. I am a regular customer and this last visit will be my last. I ordered two orders of 10 pc. wings and when I was ordering them I asked for lots of sauce to put on them. Now I was supposedly talking to a manager when I ordered so imagine my surprise when I get my order and there's no sauce on either order. So when I call back to get a new order, that is when he informs me they no longer put sauce in their wings. So not only am I not getting lots of sauce on my wings like he kept saying there would be, but that now Im going to have to wait who knows how long for two little cups of sauce for each order. And since I got food delivered, never mind it was wrong, I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Food is outrageously priced. Thought we would give them a try since they upgraded everything. But not impressed. Got 2 subs an 2 orders of wings and was $52. An some change. Food tasted ok but definitely disappointed.
Loved it! Enjoyed it on the patio of the connected brewery!

Not only does this place have amazing pizza and sides but their chef salad is my favorite! It’s huge and everything is cut up into bite sized pieces. :)

Pizza was really lacking for the price I paid. Not worth the money can get a frozen one for quarter of price that taste better. From what the girlfriend said was better before they moved.

Placed order for large foldover on the phone. Went to pick it up, employees couldn't find my order, and eventually realized it was never made. Gentleman behind the counter asked if I still wanted anything, and then assured me that he would TRY to get my order moved to the front of the line to be made. Wasn't offered ANY discount or compensation for my inconvenience, or my time that was wasted, and eventually was handed a foldover while mumbling something about being sorry. It's gotta be hard to run a small business in a small town, but it's even harder when you don't take care of customers when you make mistakes.
