Generally, your workers are typically cordial and friendly. This morning, the guy at the first window taking the money was nice and friendly. The girl handing out the food however didn’t offer a drink carrier for the 3 drinks I ordered. When I asked for one, she didn’t answer and just proceeded to hand me the drinks. I asked again and she said yes, while still handing me drinks that I had to sit in the seat of my car. I ended up fumbling with all 3 drinks to eventually put them in the carrier that she handed me. I’ve never had this concern with any other employee.

I don't dine in but I've been impressed with the hot food every time I've ordered or even doordashed from them. My order has been correct every time.

This location is as you would expect. I'm always a little surprised when the crew gets my custom order correctly. Double cheese, pickle, and onion only. You'd be surprised how many ways there are to get that wrong.I don't understand how the architect allowed them to build sewer access panels between the 1st and 2nd drive-thru windows. By the time you get your food, you don't have the stomach for it.

My double cheese burger the cheese was not melted.the bread looked and tasted old. The fries tasted over frozen and the longest fries was 2 in ..my drink was ok but mympie was warm but raw. I'm 74 not able to get out other wise i would have brought it back a dumped on the counter.

The way they do their drive through these days is ridiculous...... You pay it the first window... You get your drinks at the second window.... Can you drive all the way around the building and you sit and wait in front of the door for somebody to bring your feet out to you that is where the handicap spots used to be and they are no longer there they are across the parking lot on a slanted Hill very difficult to get out of your car if you're handicapped
Been there for lunch about 5 or 6 times on Friday. Quick service, hot food, friendly employees. This McDonald's is killing it!! The stores in Mansfield could learn a thing or two from this store. Keep up the good work, thanks

McDonald's in Shelby always has the most friendly staff and run the place in a timely manner I appreciate that, I've never had to go back for a missing item or anything made wrong.
