I have ordered from her a few times and I'm general it's usually okay. Not today got home and unwrapped a sub full of flies. The restaurant won't answer the phone. Now I'll have to go all the way back.

Older manager lady - delores? - very rude. Miserable experience, acts like placing an order is an inconvenience to her life. Ever since I've seen her here at this store, it seems to have gone downhill. Ready to take my business elsewhere.

Great workers , Terrible boss! Leaves her night shift ALONE on the busiest night even the customers are noticing , now if that don’t say anything idk what does, she has HORRIBLE management and should be demoted Dee needs to really gather her stuff and work harder for the people working hard for her !

I personally watched the staff cut approximately 4inches off the loaf of bread and make our sandwiches. They put 2-3 pieces of each very thinly sliced toppings on them. It was the worst food we've ever had from there. We will not return.

Everytime I place an order online or picking up an online order I'm waiting such a long time to receive my order or someone else's you pay for extra meat on subs and don't get it. They seem to only focus on the in store customers and let their online orders get backed up. I've also seen them not change their gloves and touch other things and go back to making orders.

Great subs, this review is mostly for the district manager Collin. He was the only worker there during a busy lunch rush, even through the stressful time he kept his cool and was very efficient. It was a very good experience

Went in with my family about 45 minutes before close. Were not able to accommodate subs for two of our family and informed us that they never have enough food to make it fully through the day. Had zero chocolate chip cookies. Inside of building was clean and well kept. Just don’t want to go out of my way to spend $80 with a business that can’t accommodate regularly during normal business operating hours

Always quick with the mobile orders and usually right, occasional issue but never major. Now the customers are usually idiots yelling and stuff but they try to keep it under control

Felt sorry for the only emplyee. Customers lined up. Watched 4 people walk out because of a wait. The girl did a phenomenal job and pleasant and all the time with a smile on her face. Why only one working at dinner hour?
