Felt sorry for the only emplyee. Customers lined up. Watched 4 people walk out because of a wait. The girl did a phenomenal job and pleasant and all the time with a smile on her face. Why only one working at dinner hour?

MISUNDERSTOOD

She didnt even make my sub right! I told her about the sub not being made right she had a whole attuide and cocky do your job right and there wouldnt be an issue!!! She just threw the 2nd sub togeather made it worse then the 1st sub never will i go to this pos place again if you dont want to do your job right find a new one!!!!!

I've been here 3 times so far, and every single time I ask them to toast my sandwich, when I get home my sandwich is always cold. Every single friggin time. I literally just got home and my meat is ice cold and the cheese isn't melted. The bread is soggy and soft. Each time my sandwich was made by a different employee. So either the oven is broken or they need to hire someone to come in and train them how to use a god damn toaster properly. It's frustrating when you spend your money expecting a good meal but you have to come home remove all the veggies and stick it in the oven instead. I'm not pleased with their service at all. This is straight up bullshit service.

River and Alivia were working, the place was clean and they were friendly. I seen such good attitudes with them. They were helpful, worked well together, and the food they made us was awesome. They made subs like Subway use to be. They were not skimpy, they gave recommendations, overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend these two girls and the food there. Even had fresh cookies.Kid-friendliness: Very clean place to take your kids and staff was amazing

Got sick from their food 3 times out of the 5 times I've ate there. Meat looked weird. Mayo tasted expired? Very consistent, but only if you want to get sick. Love Subway and wish I could reliably go here without potentially risking pooping my brains out at work.

Got a delivery order and didn't receive all the items. Subway was responsible for my refund since I ordered through their app, called up and they refused the refund. Avoid this Subway.

I'd give 5 stars for the new worker I believe his name was Rodney.Alone in there no management handling the rush better than most managers I've encountered.Calm polite calm and collective.I'd not rate this store anywhere choose to 5 stars. Always long waits, short staffed.I never have seen a clear leader or manager in the store.I run a very fast paced chain adjectives understand the struggle.Take care of the ones like Rodney hustling giving a great customer experience to keep people coming back.I'd love to have Rodney on my team. Great work to you.

If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered two catering trays and was charged 125.00 and half of the subs had absolutely no meat in them. I will be calling corporate and Breana the manager is useless would not help with anything.
