I was so excited when I saw the mini taco salad, I made a run for the border. I ordered 2. I was surprised by the quality of the food, but not in a good way. You see, in my younger years I worked at Taco Bell, and the taco salad was my favorite. So I had such high hopes for the new mini version. Unfortunately for me the mini taco salad should be called the bean salad with a little taco added. It was over half bean. I haven't been this disappointed since the browns moved to baltimore. Just kidding, I hate football. But that just shows how disappointed I was. Try harder taco bell or leave the past in the past.

The people who work there have no respect or regards for the job they do . First the order is wrong the chalupa that was in the bag was scattered and the drink had no ice . You guys must have a great manger good luck on future jobs

Nothing wrong with it, but this is a national franchise and this is a low cost of operation town. Most of the national value deals are not available here. If you live in Shelby, you got no choice. If you are driving down the road and there is another TB, best wait.

5 stars for everything except management. Customers shouldn't feel pressured to spend more money. Other taco bell locations carry the build your own craving box, but this one keeps removing it for seemingly no reason.
I wonder, would they rather have me spend money on the craving box, or go to McDonald's for a similarly priced meal?
My time coming to this taco bell is nearing its end.
