The people who work there have no respect or regards for the job they do . First the order is wrong the chalupa that was in the bag was scattered and the drink had no ice . You guys must have a great manger good luck on future jobs

Nothing wrong with it, but this is a national franchise and this is a low cost of operation town. Most of the national value deals are not available here. If you live in Shelby, you got no choice. If you are driving down the road and there is another TB, best wait.

5 stars for everything except management. Customers shouldn't feel pressured to spend more money. Other taco bell locations carry the build your own craving box, but this one keeps removing it for seemingly no reason.
I wonder, would they rather have me spend money on the craving box, or go to McDonald's for a similarly priced meal?
My time coming to this taco bell is nearing its end.

Took FOREVER for a DRINK CUP!!! I stood at the counter the whole time and the workers made eye contact with me and looked away😡😡😡

Apparently you can ban someone because their truck doesn’t fit through a drive through. Mind you this truck fits through all drive thrus and has never been an issue. My husband went into the dining area to pick up our food and because of this he’s now banned. Employee said he recognized the truck and he was banned from Taco Bell. We haven’t even had this truck for a month and haven’t been to this taco bell location in well over a month.
