A very nice location. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Service is very good. Clean, comfortable, warm inside seating. Using coupons makes it a value meal.

I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.

If you go through the drive through be ready to be told to go forward and wait for someone to walk your food out to you..even if there is no one behind you. Sometimes it gets walked out before you can even put your car in park. They are manipulating their drive through times and are dishonest.

I don’t know why I continue to try and give this Wendy’s location a chance, because the food and the service just gets worse and worse. I’ve had burgers missing buns, cold fries, and had to listen to an employee complain about my order while I waited in the lobby. The staff is always making mistakes and acting like they don’t care about the customer’s time, and will make you park your car and wait for your food, regardless of how many cars are waiting. It just sucks overall and I’m probably just gonna stop going to Wendy’s and wasting my money.
