Really don't know what the hype is about this place ? Service and prices are good no question about that but the food quality is below average and cleanliness is not impressive. We probably won't be back. We have tried it 3 times and the first time we had a party of 8 no one was impressed but after today we are done been there done that.

Biscuits taste terrible toast very small gravy not to great went there today finished with my meal ask if I could have a bowl of ice cream she went buy they owner and said now he wants a bowl of ice cream should have refused it didn't realize ordering something that small would have anyone have a cow and there pies sucks have you notice that when you get eggs they look like burnt that's because the owner does not keep the grill clean can't believe this dump is still in business

We were staying in Jackson Center, OH at the Airstream plant and went touring around and found Alcove Restaurant for breakfast. We love small town hole in the wall diners and this one was perfect. Local place with a very busy grill. Good coffee and hot food. Sorry didn't get any pics but we would definitely go back.
Food bland, no seasoning. I asked for sausage breakfast patties, ended up with a tasteless brick of something (brick pictured). The best thing about the meal was the 2 scrambled eggs and the toast. Definitely not worth $8.20. Would not recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. After struggling to get through the doorway and up the big step we noticed a portable ramp folded up to the side and behind a small table. C'mon people, you can do better!
