Can’t give any stars because the last 2 or 3 times I’ve tried to eat here they closed by 8pm even on weekends.

Came in for lunch with two family members. Took a bit to get seated. Seemed very short staffed. The table was sticky from a layer of grease and grime. Music was ANNOYING loud. Couldn’t even carry on conversation it was so loud. Asked them to turn down twice. Waitress was accommodating but mgr she asked said it was as low as it could get without turning off. Word of advice: turn it off. The food…good god how do you screw up pasta, chicken chunks, etc. We got 3 dishes and an appetizer: the shrimp and chicken, chicken and sausage and the four cheese pasta with chicken. Chicken chunks for appetizer. All gross. Chicken in all of the dishes was rubbery and grissly. Food was cold when it came out. After waiting forever on it - even though not but 5 tables of customers. Pasta was way overcooked and flavorless, runny sauce. Used the restrooms before leaving- - ICK. This whole place looks like it needs a thorough cleaning very badly. Grime upon grime. Don’t waste your money! $56+tip for crap. Thank god we had a gift card.

Sidenote: the waitress there is an asset. She was running the whole front of house by herself and clearly understaffed. But she did a really good job considering!!

Food was alright, service was way sub-par. The entire place only had 4 other tables of guests and 5 or 6 waitresses around. It took over an hour to get our food and over 20 minutes for our check to be taken to be paid for... we will not be back. Usually we love Applebee's...

Waited 10 min at the entrance with no greeting. Group of customers come in and go to the bar only to be told there wasn’t a cook on staff. On their way out they told us in the lobby there wasn’t no cooks. Plenty of people walked by from the kitchen to see several groups of folks in the lobby and not one had the courtesy to say something. What a waste of time.

To go orders are not great. I just ordered a salad through door dash. They left out the salad dressing and the breadstick. I only got part of what I paid for.

Our experience last night was terrible! It took 15 minutes to be seated... then 15 minutes for our waitress to ask for our drink order. We placed our order at this time...she walked away before she got everyone's order! She then brought wrong drinks to our table after she had delivered ours... telling us she didn't feel good. After almost an hour we asked her to cancel our order and we paid for our drinks. I do not want food delivered from someone who is sick. Too many viruses going around. The manager never came over to our table to check about our concern, only said "sorry" as we were leaving.

Nobody was there to seat us so we just sat at the bar. Our food came out cold. The bartender was nice though and they were very under staffed ao we still tipped nicely

This place has life 3-4 managers lol and we also use to go here quite often and it was NOT for their food ! The one in Lima is alway much busier than this one. The management sucks big time in this place ! They can’t keep employees and from what I’m being told and what I’ve witnessed I’m gonna guess it’s the manager well one of them lol all I’m gonna say is they do have one specific person that makes great chicken quesadillas and that’s all I’ve had there that actually taste edible. The manager has stopped the employees from being able to control the music that’s played because he wants his music and only his and it’s gawd awful music ! Can’t turn it off or down either because they no longer have access to it , and they wonder why they can’t keep help? we go in the about once a year now and when we use to go in there every weekend we ALWAYS sat at the bar

We got sat and waited 20 minutes to even get drinks. The server forgot several key items we ordered, barely checked up on us. Had to wave other servers down to get refills. Asked for a box and she proceeded to clean tables. The server had other tables in the section and gave them much better service than us.

Business hours have been shortened due to the absence of the manager.
I went there for the first time in a while. It was until 8pm, so I couldn't drink lazily, so I hurriedly ate and left the restaurant.
