Wasn’t greeted, waited for 10 minutes, someone new walks up and immediately gets seated. Left. Talked to the GM and she made excuses of “well she was trying to seat parties”. Y’all need some customer service training.

I made an order and I picked it up from the Sidney, Ohio location on 3/22/25 around 315pm. I ordered the chicken mashed potatoes and gravy cole slaw and a small salad and a piece of apple pie and banana bread. I picked it up at the time I was told it would be ready. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have any banana bread and was also out of apple pie, okay no big deal and I chose alternatives. I was so disappointed with the chicken, it was a very small piece and dried out with only about 2 bites of edible chicken, my mashed potatoes was the smallest ice cream scoop I had ever seen and so little gravey that for a minute while looking at it that I thought I didn’t get gravey but there was a tiny bit on it. I always loved eating anything from Bob Evan’s but I was completely disappointed with my meal.

Our server with the tattoos was the best part. She was great. We waited 10+ minutes to be seated and we’re seen by multiple workers. The place wasn’t busy. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting. And the guacamole on my cold omlete was so old it was unrecognizable. Very trashy.

Chicken tenders were over cooked, husband's fish sandwich had no tartar sauce and his mac and cheese didn't show up to the table until he was about done eating what had already been brought to our table. 99% sure that we will not visit here again. So disappointing.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with a warm greeting from our server, Shawnda. She welcomed us with a bright smile and a friendly attitude, instantly setting the tone for a great dining experience. Her customer service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and she made sure we had everything we needed, even offering to bring us to-go coffees or water before we left.

As for breakfast, it was an absolute delight, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast.

Overall, the combination of excellent service and delicious food made for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered via Uber Eats, which surprisingly wasn't part of the problem this time.

Ordered the red white and berries French toast - came with a hair in it.
Ordered a side of broccoli - only 3 measly pieces in the container 🤦‍♀️
The sausage links were good, though.

I know that 6 is a kinda busy time (even though I've never seen more than 10 ppl in the restaurant at any given time), but that doesn't mean you can slack off on any order, in store or delivery.

Now I'm gonna go make myself a quick dinner since apparently spending money for good food for my birthday didn't work out 😮‍💨

Every time we come to this bob Evans something is forgotten or messed up. Like just today I ordered a 50$ meal with biscuits and gravy they brought me the food for carry out and told me they were out of biscuits after my food was done I was already waiting for 45 mins for my food and they told me it would be another 20 for the biscuits I mean you new I had ordered biscuits 45 mins ago I ordered them of course I want them we waited a total of an hour for our food and they forgot our butter and syrup for pancakes now our food is cold and nothing was done about this huge inconvenience to us. I'm am very very very disappointed and unsatisfied!!!!!

Great lunch here today. Had the pick 2 for 8.99 and it was a lot of food. Had the half sandwich and soup. Also came with choice of banana bread, biscuits or dinner rolls. Great service.
