I haven't been there in a long time. Only noticed one other table with people at it. It took 10 minutes at least to get seated. I did not stay because I noticed it was filthy. I'm not just talking about floors. It was walls, floors, tables, every single surface. Then as we went up find the waitress to tell her we wanted to leave I noticed the kitchen looked a bit filthy. Somebody needs to do better. The waitress was nice enough and I don't blame her. Even though she did disappear a couple times.They tried to charge us $8 for a tiny coffee and a tiny soda in a tiny mason jar. I didn't drink my coffee and my son drank that little soda without even getting a refill. So in the end we only ended up paying for the soda. Well there's another Sidney establishment we won't be going back to anytime soon.

8/10/25 An elderly couple was seated in a table that had so much food and debris underneath on the floor that the poor lady with open shoes sat sideways in her chair. I decided to bring it to the management's attention and they brought a broom and dust pan which did nothing but pop the debris around on the floor, never even offered to move them. What's wrong with service these days? I wasn't even setting there and was disgusted.

Our waitress did not give anyone around us silverware I heard 3 other people have to ask for it. That's like waitress 101 isn't it? We gave our drink orders then she came back at least 10 minutes later maybe longer and said what did you order again I lost my book, ok things happen. Then we finally get our food granddaughter never did get Mac and cheese my husband never got toast and was charged for it but not the Mac and cheese thank God. My chicken breast was so overcooked it was like chicken jerky. Just awful. That was the worst Bob Evans I have ever been to. Looks like Mr. Bob needs to send someone in there to get that place back in order if it ever was but yeah awful from start to finish.

if I could give 0 stars I would. waited 15 minutes for a refill that I had to ask for. they weren't even busy she maybe had 2 tables. my food came out burnt and so did the rolls. Everytime I go it gets worse and worse. safe to say I am NEVER coming back. the only good thing was that the place was clean.

They told us 10 minutes' wait. It has now been over 40 minutes. We have seen 10 parties leave now because no one will come to the stand to check people in. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was okay at best after we got seated, take a look at the burnt toast they gave us. It did take over an hour to get our food. I really didn't expect to be in Bob Evans for over three hours on a Sunday. They really need to figure out the staffing on a Sunday.

I ordered 2 loaves of bread off of the website, paid, and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to the register about 30 minutes and was told they didn't have any. Not to mention, the ticket was still on the machine and had not been seen until I got there. The lady checking us out today, gave me the vibe of i was an inconvenience to her. Waitress was AMAZING!!!

I made an order and I picked it up from the Sidney, Ohio location on 3/22/25 around 315pm. I ordered the chicken mashed potatoes and gravy cole slaw and a small salad and a piece of apple pie and banana bread. I picked it up at the time I was told it would be ready. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have any banana bread and was also out of apple pie, okay no big deal and I chose alternatives. I was so disappointed with the chicken, it was a very small piece and dried out with only about 2 bites of edible chicken, my mashed potatoes was the smallest ice cream scoop I had ever seen and so little gravey that for a minute while looking at it that I thought I didn’t get gravey but there was a tiny bit on it. I always loved eating anything from Bob Evan’s but I was completely disappointed with my meal.
