I love Bob Evans food but this time it was awful. The biscuits were so hard I had to throw them out and the sausage gravy was very thin/runny. I was extremely disappointed.

So where do I even begin bob. Upon walking in, we were told that the hostess would “see what she could find” for a space for us. HELLO? THE PLACE IS EMPTY??? Me and my partner were both heavily disappointed in our food. First, the cold brew iced coffee tasted like the definition of “bean water” with sugar at the bottom. Gross. Secondly, all items on our plates were served cold, flavorless, and above all, lacked the essence of THE Bob Evan. I know that man is rolling in his grave over the decline of hot hashbrowns and warm biscuits at the house he spent his life building. I will be spending my next breakfast adventure in Sidney at the Waffle House next door. They would never serve me disappointment on a plate and call it breakfast.

The restroom was possibly the nastiest restroom I have ever seen in a restaurant before. With the lack of management in cleaning the restroom, I could only imagine how bad the kitchen area is.

My husband and I are becoming more and more disappointed when we go! The waitresses are great and very nice. But the overall appearance is bad The bathrooms need a thorough cleaning and the entrance also. It's usually freezing in summer. We waited 50 minutes for our food this morning They need a greeter like perkins who seats you and serves your drink then a waitress takes the order and clean up is done by someone hired to do that not the waitress. We could have been in and out in 50 minutes and had a pleasant experience there.

My wife and I always request Megan when we stop by for dinner. Megan always makes sure our coffee is fresh and our food is hot. Both my wife and I have Parkinson’s disease so it’s very hard to twist the salt and pepper shakers so Megan will kindly ask us if we would like assistance with seasoning our food and will even help spoon feed my wife during the end of her meals if it comes too difficult. Excellent food, excellent service, and out of this world hospitality. Way to go Megan!

Service was slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The vegetable soup consisted of a few potatoes. No brothe no beef. And was cold. Will not go back. Worste food I've had a Bobs.

Bought 70 bucks worth of a 3 course meal for thanksgiving. We ordered carryout. First, they had no plates. Second, they forgot the potato soup. So I paid for that and never got it. Third, the rolls were hard. Forth, the pumpkin pie was frozen. They never told me this. So we never got to enjoy the pie at the nursing home w my dad because they aren't allowed microwaves. The entire experience was bad. And I can't believe I wasted money on the pie.

Horrible burnt food(w/5 burnt onion rings) w/my slimey balled up lettuce bacon cheeseburger. Husband had burned sausage patties that was also burnt and burnt toast. No less waitress was rude with no refills on Luke warm coffee. We managed, since she never asked us for any more water or lukewarm coffee. $30 for something we paid for that wouldn't even feed our five year old.

Went there with my wife yesterday..best waitress I've ever had in my life...BROOKE WAS EXCELLENT!!! She waited on us with the most professional attitude and greeting we have ever encountered..I ordered the biscuits and gravey with 2 over medium eggs, and sausage...my wife had and omelet with bacon..both meals were delivered hot and in a timely matter!! Refills were DELIVERED right on time..and we will most definitely be returning to see her again!! Hope to see her face there more often as we eat there from time to time...THANK YOU BROOKE!!!
I never give bad reviews. It has to be pretty bad for me to say anything. Staff was very friendly. The food anymore here is below par. I was served a cold bowl of soup with no broth. My husbands breakfast was cold and again not very good. When leaving used a disgusting women’s bathroom that stunk and dirty. My stall had no toilet paper and my husband had to bring me Napkins. Went to wash hands and no paper towels to dry hands. Seems like this restaurant is closing, but month after month it’s still open.

I've been eating at Bob Evans for at least 40 yrs. I've never had bad service or food til now. Gave me the wrong food when I finally got someone to tell them they changed it and brought out the correct meat but I had to eat the cold mashed potatoes (I received about a tablespoon of the potatoes no gravy and green beans from the other plate. Will never go back.

Went in at 630 on a Monday; place was dead. Should have seen that as a warning. Ordered, biscuits and rolls were rock hard; decided to let it slide, things happen. Food came out one meal at a time, with long gaps between. One breakfast meal was completely gross. It was a biscuit sandwich meal, once again the biscuits were rocks, cheese and eggs were dried like they had been sitting for hours. Turkey meal came with beef gravy and no vegetables side. Breaded chicken meal was dry and could hardly be cut up. The problems didn’t stop there. When I finally asked for the manager; she literally told me to leave and I didn’t owe money. It was clear she knew what we had been served was awful and she was embarrassed.
