I don’t understand how you can keep a store open when you don’t have enough employees to get you in a seat within 20 min let alone take your order and get it to you while it’s still warm. Food cost go up service and quality goes down.

Would be zero if an option. The hostess has to ask if it was ok to sit us at a booth. After that conundrum, we sat for 20 minutes before deciding to leave. No one took a drink order, there were only two other tables of guests in the area. Plenty of servers walking around and talking. This was our second visit at this location. The first was a decade ago, that visit was about a ten min wait to order. Need new management and workers. Left and went to Applebees across the street for MUCH BETTER SERVICE! Never visiting this restaurant again, they obviously can change anything service wise.

I was ordering the bbq and hamburger combo. I told the server I only wanted the bbq on a bun and to just put the patty into a to go container. When our food is brought out the only thing I receive is a plain burger into a to go box. I had to really dumb it down again so the next thing I'm brought is a bbq on a bun with an extra side of fries which I didn't order. The bbq was absolutely awful but I was hungry and didn't say anything. When we got home I tried the burger and it was awful as well. When I got the bill instead of charging me for the bbq and burger meal I was charged separately for a bbq and the they charged the burger as a kids meal. I'm a big fan of BWW but this place is awful. By that time I was disgusted and I just paid for our meal and left. I will never go back to this location and this was my first time and my last.

Place used to be decent place… haven’t been in years do to the last four times being terrible.. optimistic that my latest experience would be different.. nope.. ridiculously slow, rude staff, took and 11.5 hr to get food.. should have walked

Got to your Sidney Ohio store on time for my 11:20 pick up. Waited 7 minutes for someone to come to the register to tell me they had lots of orders – my food isn’t ready. Why do we schedule pickups? Came back out at 11;45 to tell me that they didn’t have an order for me. I shared my order confirmation email and they brought my food out @ 11:50 - a full 30 minutes late. I am occupying my lunch finding places to leave bad reviews. This location seems to always have issues and I can drive a mile to frickers and get tremendously better service. Unfortunately my family and co-workers prefer your food. I told my co-workers that BW’s was off the list for future pick up orders.

Scheduled pick up for 11:20. Arrived at 11:20. No one came to register until 11:27. They gave a lot of pickups not ready - what's the point of scheduling a pick up. 11:47 and they just came out to tell me that they don't have an order for me. I showed them the email confirmation of my order. Horrible management EVERY TIME I come. It's a shame that my family and co-workers like the food. Order just came cold and wrong. This would be a great location to open a restaurant.

I love B Dubs but this is the worst managed and worst location I have been in the country. It's like a dive bar with bartenders off to the side on their personal phones having derogatory conversations in front of guests.
