So I work up the road and I go here often because it's not as busy as McDonald's and because they are usually quick to get food out.. but today I had to do an online pick up order and let me tell you.. why ask for a pick up time if you don't care.. I walk in and they ask what I need I told them I had a pick up order. They said okay. And continued working kinda. The two old women up front was pretty much walking back and forth doing nothing. I stand there ten minutes watching orders go out. They finally ask what I'm waiting on again. I told them. Which was a sandwich small fry and drink. The didn't even have the receipt on their end. Then they didn't make the order. I stood there twenty minutes watching other people get their stuff.. then they say sorry we have three new trainees. I said well I've got to go back to work.. the quickly made my order then. Like are you seriously. You know everyone coming through there right now is on lunch. Get it together. And then the manager literally walked away after he asked me what I had. Really I think maybe they need all new employees because out of all those people there it didn't look like any of them knew what was going on and then blaming it on the new people. Maybe don't train them during the busiest time of day.. do better. People kinda depend on y'all to make sure it's quick so we can eat and go back to work. .

Atmosphere was empty, dirty. I know it's a fast food restaurant, but it's not expected for trash to be everywhere. The best part was the soda, even then it was tasting flat yet carbonated.
I don't know what happened Burger King, I think you can do it better then this.
Food tasted old, they had a bunch of things premade and just microwaved out order. When we ate them on the road kids said the sandwiches made their stomach hurt and my husband said his tasted like cleaning chemicals. Staff weren't friendly or listening to our order. They weren't busy so idk how she messed it up. 2/10 do not recommend

Got hash-rounds with my meal and they tasted funny...unfortunately, I figured this out after I was back on the highway heade north. Asked for lots of ketchup and the lady put 2 packs in the bag. Luckily my sausage, egg, & cheese croissan'wich was tasty.

I stopped here for a late lunch, with a coupon in hand. The staff happily accepted my coupon, and I had my Whopper with cheese and bacon in hand very quickly. I am sorry I didn't snap a photo of the burger, as it was as close as any I have ever had to matching the pictures you see in the advertising; onions and tomatoes peeking out all around the perfect bun, just the right amount of ketchup and mayo, really amazing! Usually, fast food burgers look like they survived a freight train derailment. The young lady making the burgers was a machine, zero wasted motion. Fries were fresh and awesome too. 5/5, will stop and eat again!
