Been eating here for years. No problems. Lately, however, they’ve been putting you on hold for indefinite period of time. Today I called 3 times was put on hold for 5 minutes, hung up, called back, immediately put on hold. If you’re too busy to take orders, that’s okay. Tell us. Don’t lie to us asking us to hold for 15 minutes when I could have ordered elsewhere and been halfway to pick it up in that time. Not good business practices and the holding on the phone needs to go. If it’s so busy the phone needs manned for 3 hours straight, then it needs manned. Don’t want to man the phone for 3 hours? Give the customers online ordering.

I love the food but anytime we call they either don’t answer or they are super rude about it. I was at a friends house and we ordered pizza. By the time i finished ordering they told me my total and hung up. Didn’t ask what I was paying with or where I wanted the food delivered to, so when i called back to tell them that I was paying with card and that I was not at my usual address they wouldn’t even pick up the phone so I had to drive home to pick up my order and bring it back to my friends place.

Our pizza wasn't ready for pick up bc of an issue with the printer. They ended up giving me half off and had it out fast. So over all they made it right and the food was good.

The food is always amazing! I have not had a bad experience with the food yet. As for service, it is normally good but the last time I went my table had to ask for refills twice. They finally brought us a pitcher, but our meal was practically finished. The place is fairly small for how popular they are. The food is worth the wait for a table.

The waitress Avery definitely needs some training for customer service. In all my fifty years I have never had a waitress basically say oh well and roll her eyes at me. She also doesn't know the difference between the crust you offer because when someone orders the original crust it should have plenty of salt. She definitely has an attitude problem and should not be working with the customer. I won't be going back to dine in there which is sad because it's my favorite pizza in Sidney and reminds me of my childhood. She ruined it for me

To piggyback off a review that was posted..."Today was the worst! I ordered it for take out but my mom wanted to dine in... They were rude about that change. They were not friendly at all."
I came across the same today at lunch. I went in, no one greeted me, there was no sign directing to wait to be seated or seat yourself. So I got in line at the register and ordered a lg pizza and went to go sit down. I was not asked if my order was for take out or dine in. The cashier found me a brought my drink to me. About 8-9 minutes a waitress asks me to move to a bench seat, she needs my table...I ask where am I going to sit and she said carry outs sit on the bench she was pointing at and I said but I am eating in, I ordered my pizza and sat here. Again she said you are a carry out and I told her...that was never established either by me or the cashier. I did what I did in every cassano's I have been to for the last 30 years. When I explained this to the manager, I got stare. I said, Now that you know that my intent and desire is to eat here...where am I to sit??? Another stare. No one said ok we can make that happen, let me clear of the one of the tables or you can sit outside...no customer service at all, no coming up with a resolution....no nothing. I finally said, just give me my pizza and I will take it back to work and eat it there. I told the mgr that I am new to Sidney and was told this was a great place to eat and that it is not like other cassanos that2 guys own it and run a good store. I told the mgr that I was less than impressed and would tell anyone I know that this is not stellar place I was told about...he said, Go ahead. So, here we are I went ahead. So 2 people had about the same complaint...in all the years I was a district supervisor for a competing pizza company, I told my managers that for evey one complaint that gets expressed there were 25 just like it that never got spoken...25:1 ratio. This is why I retrained or even had to fire managers who didnt learn from their mistakes. Wow, unbelievable!

I like the style they are going for, but good Lord, it is SALTY! Less chewy and salty and it would be good. Saltiest pizza I have ever had

First each one is so different. This one has atmosphere old antiques over the building some of the seating is like old church pews. It brings out the charm. Now some can use things around it they have there decor seeing the old pictures and other antiques just puts some charm this one does have a patio that is a plus for the days you would like to set out side. Now the other is the corporate one it is boring no old antiques on the wall nothing to pay trouble to the the local football teams in the county nothing that makes it special this one gives you a friendly smile hard working staff cool decorations in the building and a cool atmosphere. Now are there days they don't live up to par you bet but guess what we all do is the kitchen open to the public for everyone one to watch and see yes is there days it runs like clock work yes is there days it doesn't yes but we all deserve to have that day where we take a deep breath and realize this is a place where they will do there best to have you walk away with a smile.
