I feel like im taking a gamble everytime i order from this location. They cant get the portions right, the food tastes old, they give you the wrong stuff and when i try to be respectful about the issues i have theyre rude or give me dirty looks. Its always something with them. This place has majorly gone downhill.

We were just passing thru and made a to-go order on the app. The portion sizes were a lot smaller compared to other Chipotle's, the floors and bathroom were dirty. The taste of the bowls was still good though.

This was a pick up order on a trip. Food was ready when I arrived and sitting out for me to grab. Very quick and convenient.
Dietary restrictions: We had multiple people with dietary restrictions-gluten, whole30, etc-and everyone was able to find something they could eat.

Shrinkflation has finally arrived at Chipotle in Sidney, Oh. Ordered a chicken bowl and it was barely more than half full. It used to be alright to spend a little extra on fast food (Chipotle) every once in a while but now they aren't even filling the bowls or burritos anywhere close to what they used to. The burrito we ordered was so short on ingredients that it was almost considered a soft taco. I guess we will be heading to HotHead in the future.
