My food was just inedible, the beef was overcooked, just burnt and tasted like you was chewing on charcoal????? very disappointing for my first time getting food here.

Tried calling the restaurant to add to an existing pick up order. Ha, not happening. Can’t talk to a person at the restaurant. I had to go and order there. My steak burrito w guacamole, chips/salsa, no drink was almost $19!!! I had steak fajitas and chips/salsa at local Mexican restaurant a week prior for $15. It was a bigger portion and authentic atmosphere. Chipotle, you’ve out priced yourself. Way too expensive and poor customer service.

Food quality was great, service was friendly and speedy. Place is starting to look a little bit rundown for a fairly new location. Also disappointed that Sweet Tea is no longer available. I know we're not in the South, but c'mon man...

Thank you ladies. I have a glutton allergy the staff wiped down the service board and changed out the serving spoons just for me. I am from Illinois and traveling I appreciate so much what these wonderful ladies did and all with a smile. Your the best.Dietary restrictions: They meet my needs :)

Portion size was good and the staff were prompt, however the chips we ordered are beyond stale. Not sure if that is a chip rotation accident or how that would happen.

We placed a pick up order tonight. It literally was the best chipotle we have ever had. So much flavor from the chicken to the veggies. And the rice actually had a great flavor! Great job Sidney Chipotle !!Parking: Easy to get in and out
