Employee taking my order was moving at a snails pace while what seemed to whisper. Oh I upgraded to a combo then I was told the total went down approx 5 bucks. I ask her if she's got that right because it usually makes to total go up when adding items. Then it wasn't even included on the first payment. Had to pay twice once she realized it. Finally she goes to hand me 2 sacks at same time and dropped one of the bags spilling fresh hot fries onto the parking lot. She tried and remained kind. I feel a member of management should of assisted to help the line move. But no we sat at the windows waiting

The one guy didnt want to speak up as i was taking my order had to ask him 3 times to speak up then i told him 3 times how to make the shake and he still charged me extra and they didnt put everything in the bag and did not make it the way i asked and every time i have gone there i have always gotten over charged or something is not made right i only go there when everything els

I don’t recommend this place. I ordered a triple burger with bacon and a large fry. There was no bacon on the burger and the fries were super soggy and barely warm.

I ordered a flamethrower Double combo, with a coke zero. The flamethrower burger was AWESOME! Spicy! And juicy without making a big mess. I'll definitely have the flamethrower again!
