We really enjoy their subs, typically get the steak and cheese and a turkey. Never disappoints. Chocolate chip cookie is delicious also:)

I went there for lunch today just before noon, The greeting was great,the two female employees and one Male Greeted me very well. I'm kinda picky and ordered double meat it was Perfect I didn't specify exsactly wat sauce I wanted and the man was efficient and patient and was well worth the visit very clean and respectable environment.

Had visit here and sidney very great place to have family time and enjoy food was great order fast and got it right away was very busy with only 2 ppl working would love to return freindly clean and no disspointment

One girl was making subs one was eating in the back. Took over 30 min for 4 subs. I understand they are busy so don't mind waiting. The subs are definitely not like other locations and have barely any toppings on them. A 3rd girl came in the door and got to work not even washing her hands first and put her hands in her mouth at one point. After we received the order I stopped to eat and threw out an entire sub as there was hair in it. Another sub was very specific yet simple and had onion and tomato pieces in it... again I didn't want that and my child would not eat it. Cross contamination isn't ok. I would NEVER EVER EVER come back. Go somewhere else and save yourself disappointment.
Friendly service and excellent food! The employee that took our order was very pleasant, which made my first experience at Firehouse a good one. I believe his name was Alex. My only complaint, is wait time. If was short on time, I wouldn't have been happy about that. Overall good experience. ?

Well it wasn't too slow... but the sandwhich was lacking in meat and toppings.... It was busy in the store but not overly a normal amount. Service was decent but I ordered online ahead of time. Got food a few minutes after my expected time but not much. Only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of things on my sub... also forgot to add the side of Mayo but I'm use to that so I asked before I left.

We r from TN and love love love Firehouse subs. This is the first one I’ve ever been in that I was NOT greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse” No one spoke to us at all except to take our order. Food was horrible. Which is so disheartening because Firehouse is my fav sub place. We ordered hot subs that were not even warm. But myself and my daughter didn’t even finish our food because it was terrible. No one in the establishment smiled or even greeted us. So sad!

Went their the other day and got chili looked like it was mush not even soup , wanted prime rib sub was out of it , the lady’s behind counter was talking about rather they would date a black , Asian whatever race guy , very poor business conversation ! I used to love eating here it has went down hill .
