Our server was Kim, is awesome ! She is always friendly and very on top of our needs Refilling our drinks without being asked. We enjoy her positive outlook on her job ! Every person who sits in her section was smiling and enjoying her service. She is one of the reasons why we drive from Arcanum to Sidney to enjoy a meal ! We Love the Original Friends !!!

I went there on Thursday night and may were they busy! I had a wonderful server. She was running her heart out. I felt so bad for her. Then she had a party of 8 who were so rude to her. She was doing her best trying to laugh and joke with them, I would have just asked them to leave but she didn’t. She is an asset to your company. Her name was Sierra. Thanks for a wondeful visit even though you were busy. Sorry people came be so mean.

Went to frischs tonight to have dinner with our birthday boy we were a party of 8. Took about 15 minutes to get seated, got to our table and took another 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. Once we finally got our food we were almost done the waitress comes to our table and starts clearing our plates even though we are currently still eating off of them and my father told her he wasn't done eating and she said oh there's nothing left on it he said I had a few fries left I was not done eating and so she decided to be a smart ass and came back with a tiny plate with 2 fries on it and said here you go dont throw a fit. She was the absolute most awful waitress we have ever had! Her name was Sierra g. We will not be going back for dinner again. We will stick with our waitresses on the morning shift who treat their customers with respect and care! Even the customers around us were in shock by her behavior and apologized that not only were our small children witnessing this woman be so rude but that our dinner was ruined by a rude waitress!

Pop was flat. Waitress was super nice and tried a different machine. Pretty sure they need the machine worked on cause it eas still flat and flavorless. Ended up drinking water. The sandwich tasted different as well. It's not like I remembered that's for sure.

Overall, a bad experience. The server disappeared, breakfast was still on the buffet, and half-warm soups at 1 o'clock. No refills, no check backs from staff or manager table visit. I wasn't asked about anything at checkout by the manager. Just given a total. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
