Well I was choosing the lesser of the two evils this one here in Sidney or the Piqua location. This location had better reviews. Let me tell you the location in Dayton off the highway also in with the Loves where you risk getting shot or robbed is somehow better still that the Sidney location in with the Loves.
The food was at a pretty low quality level. Thrown together and just missing any kind of taste to it. I always do the Fresco breakfast sandwich meal. Definitely disappointed but I didn't want McDonald's again and the reviews for the McDonald's was worse than here! Probably wouldn't stop here again only stopped because I was passing by will settle for McDonald's breakfast next time I'm in this area.

Bryce made me very uncomfortable while ordering and picked my name as “rizzler”
I went in today there was this lady in a sling that I had observed for a while before entering I watched her put forth alot of effort to do her job one handed.. She didn't mess with any food she was holding a conversation with me I started then all of a sudden this very rude and hostile woman I assume she worked there as well came in not in uniform and hair down to her middle back she was very hostile getting loud with this employee over her hair needing to be pulled up yet she's got one hand she can use instead of being professional or showing compassion she made the evoriment hostile

Clean and server bonnie was absolutely precious and kind to our family. I wish staff was like this back home by us and more harddees were on michigan again like when we grew up! Only down sode the employe helping her at fryer did not make our fries without salt like we asked.

The manager Josh is an absolute jerk to the women he works with and the customers he interacts with. We came through with our kids, and he was our order taker. He was in a hurry to get our order placed, berated the female staff working with him and messed up our order. And then had the nerve to blame me for the way I ordered it. I do not recommend this restaurant. Theirs managers are crappy people, food is always old and rubbery and the environment is not at all kid friendly. The music they play in the kitchen is vulgar and distasteful. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve been reported for their choice of music.

I would give this place a ZERO STAR rating if there were a choice. This was by far the worst location I’ve been to, and I travel for a living. Today when I went in, it took 10 minutes for someone to emerge from the back just to tell me someone would be with me shortly. Then a bunch of yelling ‘3 new’ happened and a whole crowed of employees surfaced. Distasteful music full of profanity was blaring in the back. Fries were very old and the food was not made as customized. I was in no shape going to waste another minute in this unorganized establishment. Just threw my food away and went to Godfathers pizza next door. Clearly learned my lesson here. I was told they had a chicken place that went under. It definitely won’t be long before that happens to this hell hole. And the ‘manager’ is not at all in charge. He is definitely a puppet with a bunch of others running the show for him. I have no idea how he manages to put up with the nonsense that has been created. No customer satisfaction, unhealthy environment and unmotivated employees. Can assure this location will never get my money again.
