My issue with this place is portion control. My wife literally received 1/3 more food just because of the different employees. Why? I left there wanting to go to Culver's to finish eating. Second time it's happened in a week. If it was only $6 I'd be cool with it. But it's close to $12. Just be consistent. It'll be a while before I come back. The little blonde lady is exceptional. The dude with the binocular glasses, not so much.

I’m back. I used to eat there all the time when this location first opened but stopped going when they had a change in management. I recently tried it again as a healthier option to all the burger places. I was pleasantly surprised as it seems the crew is all new and very friendly. I was welcomed upon entering. A young lady stopped cleaning to take my order. Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Food was fresh and tasty. The employees seemed to enjoy their job and was very kind as I ate my food. They wished me well as I was leaving. I will definitely be returning as long as the people remain friendly. Great job you have won back a customer tonight!!

My family and I were in town from Florida for a family funeral, and we stopped in for lunch. The quality and taste of the food and the presentation was amazing! The customer service was outstanding! The 2 gentlemen working helped us with directions to where we were going and also gave us suggestions for activities to do while we were in town. They went above and beyond their job requirements in helping us. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING when we are in town again!!!

I don't know what this mike guy is talking about but I was here two hours ago myself and it was perfect customer service very respectful management and food was excellent this store looked like it was failing but it's definitely a place I would recommend and eat at again best fast food I ate in a long time

Disgusting!!! We just walked out ! Filthy and very inconsistent. Very unprofessional! UPDATE we just went here to try this again and turned around and employee was sittoutside in front of the door smoking and spitting in front of the door how disgusting obviously this place hasn't changed!

Food is very hit or miss. The staff are usually either mad at each other or walking in right before after putting their cig out. If you can, go to the one in Piqua.
Have gone here strictly because it’s closer than the one in Celina and that was my first mistake, I will be making the trek now because my food is made incorrectly every time and they happen to be out of queso 6 hours before closing everytime I order. Today specifically I ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, sour cream, black beans, lettuce and queso. I received a bowl with brown rice, pork, no sour cream or lettuce, no queso (but was still charged) and ordered a large queso that I didn’t receive but was also charged.

This restaurant used to be very good. Stopped in for lunch and got a large bowl. Very little chicken and very little cheese. Was very disappointed, especially for the price. Not at all like it was a couple years ago. I won't go back.

Been going here regularly for several years; but this place has really changed for the worse. There is no "welcoming" atmosphere any moreAND, the price keeps going up and the product portions keep going down. My last visit I had to ask twice for more rice and still didn't get a reasonable amount; is there anything cheaper than rice. You"ve lost a customer and that means two and so long to my $35. I hope it was worth saving that rice!

Go for lunch most Fridays and it's been great every time. Friendly and attentive staff, foods delicious and filling, and it's always clean when I'm there.Definitely a spot I'd recommend or bring friends to.
