My issue with this place is portion control. My wife literally received 1/3 more food just because of the different employees. Why? I left there wanting to go to Culver's to finish eating. Second time it's happened in a week. If it was only $6 I'd be cool with it. But it's close to $12. Just be consistent. It'll be a while before I come back. The little blonde lady is exceptional. The dude with the binocular glasses, not so much.
I’m back. I used to eat there all the time when this location first opened but stopped going when they had a change in management. I recently tried it again as a healthier option to all the burger places. I was pleasantly surprised as it seems the crew is all new and very friendly. I was welcomed upon entering. My family and I were in town from Florida for a family funeral, and we stopped in for lunch. The quality and taste of the food and the presentation was amazing! The customer service was outstanding! The 2 gentlemen working helped us with directions to where we were going and also gave us suggestions for activities to do while we were in town. They went above and beyond their job requirements in helping us. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING when we are in town again!!!
