Gf Italian focaccia is out of this world. That’s my opinion. It’s so fluffy. I spread butter on mine. Next time I’m going to dip in melted butter. My next order is going to be gf pretzels.
I tried the dill sourdough and the rye sourdough. Great flavor and it doesn’t upset my tummy. Fresh and local is best. I stock up with her now and freeze ahead. It’s worth every penny. She puts all her love and attention into everything she bakes. Especially her German cheesecake which is AMAZING. It doesn’t mess with your blood sugar so I eat it for breakfast even. 😋
Absolutely delicious baked goods!! Jen is clearly a pro at what she does. The soft pretzels, dill pickle sour dough and Krempel Are amazing. I’m really looking forward to trying more of her wonderful food in the future.
