1/8/2026 @5:00pm I made an online pick up order for 7:30pm (2.5hr gap) Came to pick it up and was told to wait another 30min. Cashier was as rude as they come. DoorDash was picking up an order before me and was told the order couldn’t be fulfilled for whatever reason. She asked if she should call or text the customer and the cashier said “I don’t care what you do, it’s not my problem”.. frankly I’m afraid she’s going to spit in my food.

Just stopped at this KFC to get lunch. It was deserted inside. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one came to the counter and acknowledged that I was there. I could see a guy hiding behind the prep area on his phone.

Went thru late at night everything went fine got home realized my son's food was wrong loaded the kids up headed straight back tried to get them to fix it he gets the same thing everytime she said they wouldnt fix it that I ordered it wrong..... made me pay to get the original food I ordered in the first place. Horrible customer service. (Alexis with the neck tattoo) make them read the order to you because theres no screen..... never had this issue with anyone else

To the lady with glasses, please don’t throw the sauces at your customers.
I just asked for all kinds of sauces because I wasn’t sure which one would taste good.
I have ordered 12 pieces of chicken wings, and here is what it comes.

We've tried twice to eat there now and been told the district manager doesn't want them to make chicken after 9pm , even though the restaurant doesn't close until 10:30pm even the inside is open until 10 pm. Miranda let us know she she had three nuggets which was enough to make a KFC bowl otherwise it would be 10 mins . Terrible attitude and the very last time we try to eat there .

I'll give them a 0 if possible. Waited 40 minutes for some chicken, no other clients in store. Manager on the back of the store talking with employees when she finally came to the front tell me that's she's working on my order, yeah sure thing.

Please have your associates not be rude to one another. The one taking our order sounded rude to began with at the drive thru. We get home and one of our meals is missing ! I called they said come back in and get it! So I did. My biggest complaint is the associates here should not be in customer service especially one particular one ! I felt though I was In the way going back inside to get my meal that they didn’t put in the bag ! This makes several times where customer service is very poor here. We will drive a little further if we want kfc or just go to our local Lees! I pray that maybe you can address this issue ! Thanks have a great day. !

Got there 20.00 deal today just to get home chicken was old biscuits were literally old heated them up in microwave they even taste old. Sidney KFC is by far the worst but I keep giving them the benefit of a doubt, not anymore I should have just went to Lee's chicken
I went in there today and my gf ordered ahead 40 minutes in advance and they still were not done with her food. They also dismissed us and not one employee treated us when we came in and we waited for 10 minutes. There was only 1 person inside and 1 in the drive thru. We decided to just go thru the drive thru and I decided to get something and a lady with a rose on her neck was rude and charged me for the wrong thing and would not give me a refund. Do not recommend this kfc at all
