This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fast food restaurant. Before today I was very happy with every time I’d gone here but today was absolutely horrendous. My husband placed on order through the app at 9 pm. The app said to pick it up at 9:25 so we just sat in the car outside until then. At 9:30 we get out the car and the doors to the lobby is closed. The door says the lobby closes at 10 but we thought nothing of it thinking they mopped and didn’t want to do it again. We go through the drive thru and they said it’d be an hour until the food was ready. We had three meals in total. We didn’t really want to wait that long, both of us having not eaten since breakfast. We said we would I’ll try and cancel through the app since they couldn’t do it for us. It took me ten minutes to drive home which was the same amount of time we spoke through the app with an agent. They said it’d was passed cancelation and they couldn’t do anything. I get back in the car and call KFC at least five times with no answer. On the sixth I get someone who tells me they can no longer make the food for the order because they close soon. Drive through closes at 10:30, it was 9:50. I arrive anyway because I wanted some resolution and they said they would call for us to get a refund. I’m sitting outside the drive thru by 9:55 and no one comes to the window. I get it they don’t really want to talk to me right now. Well they get two more orders on their screens and now those people are behind me in the drive through. 10:15 those people leave because the orders are just taking to long.
What I’m even more miffed about is they told us the food was in the fryer it would just take an hour. When we reached out again to the live agent because I’ve been told by KFC employee the refund was issued (but we didn’t have it showing to be refunded yet, mind you I had to call again because no one came to the window) the live agent said they were told they couldn’t complete the order because the fryer was down which is not what we were told by the employee.

Literally everytime I order pickup from here we NEVER get cutlery. I don't order from doordash even. Like I genuinely come in and this one store hates plastic forks.

People who work there are too busy smoking weed to take orders from people in line. I waited ten minutes in line for them to take my order. I was told to keep waiting until they help me in a minute. I mean I'm not upset that I didn't get to eat that food that taste like pigeon instead of chicken it's the fact people have things to do.

25 minutes 4 other cars pull away with buckets of chicken yet I sit and still wait for 2 ,3 strips meals. Need better management at this location! Literally 6 little strips of chicken, but yet buckets an buckets handed out to 4 other cars, very poor management this needs addressed asap! I won't be back an make sure I tell everyone else of the problems! Edit, food was horrible fries old chicken undercooked absolute waste of money don't visit here for a quality meal!

I checked out the service due to the negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. Customer service was top-notch, with immediate greetings upon arrival and departure. The cashier was outstanding, making me feel welcome and confident to return; my food was also hot and ready.

Placed order online & paid. P/u for 9:45 pm, they close at 11pm. Pull up for p/u @ 9.48, their fryers are heating up. Umm what? Why, you don't close for another hour & 12 min, why the fryers shut off?? So yeah gonna be a 20 min wait. Wow you guys just freaking rock! NOT.
