Online says they close at 11, but we show up, and they close at 10. Do people just make up their own rules on opening and closing businesses now days.

Have been shopping here for years. The last couple of interactions have been unpleasant to say the least. My wife and myself needed a last minute item late at night. Went to the store got turned away because its 10 mins before closing. Didn't make any fuss turned around and the young gentleman behind said he only needed 1 item and they let him in. So I didn't think that was right but okay. So my wife go in again and over the intercom wr get told 30 mins to closing and everyone needs to grab their items and check out. So 6 self checks was open 1 was broken so 5 was open. Many customers had full carts and the store didn't open lane 7 until most customers was already scanning their own carts. On the way out over the intercom 15 mins until store closes and I said maybe should open more lanes or maybe store workers could help. I got told by a store worker that lane 7 is open that's good enough. Thank you sidney kroger for nothing.

Worst meat dept. ever seen. Troy makes Sidney meat dept sad looking. Service is S L O W. Poor pricing marked on products, Have to ask a lot. Stocking is poor. We now go to Piqua or Troy store. You need a new meat Dept Manager Sidney.

Grocery carts need attention desperately. Wells are falling apart and carts are bent out of shape. Parking lot is very tight. It's hard to move into and out of space.

I shop here quite often. Sometimes they have GREAT sales! Almost always have items in stock or easy to find. Everyone who works there has been polite and they work hard. My only issue would be that the check out lanes are pretty narrow and only a couple are open at once. Would be nice to have better self check out system that allows you to load bags into cart as they are filled and to take away employee approval for scanning more than 30+ items but no big deal! The only bad part about this kroger are the carts. They are almost all awful and a good one is far and few between. But that's most stores nowadays. Otherwise this store just needs some updating done. Employees are helpful and polite though!

Boooo for store pick up, is not that they didn't give me like five items for christmas dinner that's cool, its that they wanted me to come back in and get them myself. Like, NO. isn't that the reason forpick up? Coz i don't want to shop? Then i called the piick up MANAGER, Sam who i gave the list to, and i drove back and they ran it out to my car. When i got home they still didn't give me another item i thought i was going back to get! I called them and they didn'tcare, the customer service girl needs to go back training she's rude and said they would not refund my money back in my card unless i came inside to do it. Get real! You can keep the 12 bucks kroger, you must need it worse then i do
I put a fresh Turkey on hold. It was frozen when I picked it up...

Kroger should strongly consider remodeling this location or better yet replacing it with a modern version of their stores. The Sidney location is outdated and run down. The employees are not an issue. They are always friendly and helpful. The employees can’t help it that Kroger has let the build rundown and become outdated. The mis-aligned aisles make shopping at Sidney Kroger a tiresome chore rather than a pleasure. The design of parking lot ingress and egress is chaotic and unsafe. Case in point, contrast the Sidney Kroger location with the Troy location (just off I-75 EXIT 73). That Troy Kroger is the kind of Kroger experience Sidney shoppers expect and deserve.
