We have struggled over recent months looking for a decent Mexican restaurant Mojitos was the best we could find in Sidney. Food was seasoned properly and felt like they cared when preparing our meals. The waitress was kind and attentive. We will be going back soon.Kid-friendliness: They had a number of kid friendly options on the menu, although They should have asked if we wanted queso on the Mac and cheese, the kids wouldn't eat it.

Wife loves the food choices she can’t get from other similar restaurants. The ceviche she says is incredible.
Our last visit was excellent. This visit was the opposite.Waited 90 minutes - no food. Waitress never checked where the food was. Stopped the manager, and he checked on the status of our food. He said the order fell and that ours would be the next out. 15 minutes later, I stopped him again, and he said we were next to get food and would give us a discount. Another 15 minutes, and we are the next ones to receive food. It didn't happen, so we left. Stopped at the front desk, and they said our drinks were free. I guess we had that going for us . . .

Food is always great. Big portions and a good price.
Ate lunch on the patio and had the taco lunch combo - 2 tacos and a side. Weird that the side is rice or beans not rice and beans but it's okay. Tacos and rice and beans were good but lacked anything special. Chips and salsa are provided but the salsa was very mild and the chips were just okay. Overall I was not impressed - everything was just okay.
