I went through the drive thru, had my order taken by the automated system not a real person. After giving order everything was repeated back to me correctly. When I received the food I didn’t get an order of mashed potatoes and gravy, also I ordered a sandwich and received chicken tenders. The food was not good, the biscuits were burned. For as much as I paid it shouldn’t be too much to ask for the correct order!

Food is great depending on what time of day you go. Towards closing time service gets worse.

I order a combo 3 strip with wedges and drink get to where I was going and had no wedges. Went back and they act like someone was going to lie about wedges. When i got my food back they gave me five wedges the combo meal was almost 10$.

Everything was fresh and delicious.

Each time I go, it seems like the quality of food is going down. The prices are high for the portions they serve. And the last several times I have gotten the livers, they were overcooked and very dry. It's strange how the food tastes different from one Lee's to another. The baked beans were my favorite, but now st this location they are SO SWEET that I can't eat them. Anyone know why?

Did a pick up order and got it in a timely manner. Staff seemed polite and my order was correct. Food is consistently good here

Stopped today 5/19/25 and normally go thru drive thru but went in.. we ordered same meals we always get in drive thru I never had to pay for my drinks. Girl at register got rude and said u must be the only special one for that. She was rude from time we approached counter. I then watched her be rude to elderly customers trying to ask questions and she she kept over talking him cuz she was worried about dine in or take out. She had him frustrated. I paid $8 more for drinks and I finally got aggravated and left.. her dirty looks yo everyone was very unprofessional as well as her trouble solving skills suck.not one manager came over to help resolve issue..
