Sidney Ohio McDonald's just can't ever get anything right in the evening and at night. Missing food, missing sauces, missing drinks, just can't seem to provide the service that is being paid for. Waste of money and time to try to get food there. Good chance your going to get ripped off. Then they won't answer the phone to discuss the issue.

The staff is very friendly. The newly renovated building has a cold vibe and is very unwelcoming. It feels like a villain's lair. The kiosks are overwhelming and frustrating for myself (33 years old) and especially those older than me. There used to be elderly people lined up at opening to sit and chit-chat while eating their breakfast and drinking their coffee. COVID times put a dent in that group, but the kiosks and dungeon dining room completely deters any age group from enjoying a meal there. I'd love to see the old McDonald's of the '90s come back.

Dear McDonald's your staff tonight was the most rudest nasty people our food was cold when getting it we sat inside waiting for well over and hr and when the food was brought to us they were so damn rude and smelled of B o really bad I will no longer come to your store in sidney ohio this was the last time I will ever give this store a chance again your truly a pissed off customer o and ps the refused to remake our order do to it being cold
Dec 28th been sitting here for 1 hrs waiting on food was told by manager he would send gift cards to say sorry for his staff have yet to see them was giving them another chance but after this never again

Want to be efficient and place an order ahead of time? Think again, no matter what drive through orders seem to be prioritized over everything else, period. Does not matter that you’ve been waiting half an hour in the curbside pickup, or standing in front of the counter waiting for food to be ready. You will wait 30-60minutes on “fast food” if you don’t go through the drive thru. Writing this review because this is the second time I’ve waited an exorbitantly long time on a stupid $5 combo meal

I recommend not using the dining room. This restaurant prioritizes drive thru. Waited around 20 minutes for food. I got my food before a few people who had already been waiting for their food. Kids did not get the right toy. Ordered chocolate milk, at an up charge, got white milk. The dining room is dismal. Institutional feeling. Terrible experience.

This is more to give a five star shoutout to a young man whose name I believe is Jenson. My family and I stopped on our way to the Airforce Museum in kind of a rush and the wait for our food was 25+ minutes. Once my husband brought our food back out to the car we were missing two sandwiches and had to go back in. There were multiple, extremely young employees standing around talking more than working and people in line and a drive thru line wrapped clear around the building. Jenson quickly jumped to correct our order and help as many people as quickly as he could and even had to tell his co-workers to get to work yet never lost his smile or his ability to give excellent customer service. Scott family, this young man is a future leader for your franchise if not already. Give him a raise and high five from the Mallow family!
