Want to be efficient and place an order ahead of time? Think again, no matter what drive through orders seem to be prioritized over everything else, period. Does not matter that you’ve been waiting half an hour in the curbside pickup, or standing in front of the counter waiting for food to be ready. You will wait 30-60minutes on “fast food” if you don’t go through the drive thru. Writing this review because this is the second time I’ve waited an exorbitantly long time on a stupid $5 combo meal

Sidney ohio mcdonalds really sucks where is the ketchup or mustard one pickle. This cheeseburger sucked . The owner and management should care how things are done at this location.

I recommend not using the dining room. This restaurant prioritizes drive thru. Waited around 20 minutes for food. I got my food before a few people who had already been waiting for their food. Kids did not get the right toy. Ordered chocolate milk, at an up charge, got white milk. The dining room is dismal. Institutional feeling. Terrible experience.

The food was a bit over cooked or sat for too long. The burger was over cooked and had too much ketchup on it. The cashiers seemed a bit lost and not friendly.

This is more to give a five star shoutout to a young man whose name I believe is Jenson. My family and I stopped on our way to the Airforce Museum in kind of a rush and the wait for our food was 25+ minutes. Once my husband brought our food back out to the car we were missing two sandwiches and had to go back in. There were multiple, extremely young employees standing around talking more than working and people in line and a drive thru line wrapped clear around the building. Jenson quickly jumped to correct our order and help as many people as quickly as he could and even had to tell his co-workers to get to work yet never lost his smile or his ability to give excellent customer service. Scott family, this young man is a future leader for your franchise if not already. Give him a raise and high five from the Mallow family!

Who is the person/people that keep this location so clean and shiny? You have one of the cleanest establishments in the Sidney area. What a breath of fresh air when I walk in mostly every morning. Your food is also hot and delicious. Keep up the good work.

This place was so much better , food quality and service wise, before the new store was built. It really seems they are now using the cheapest labor force known to mankind and it really shows. The quality is very sub par these days. I hope they can get this back on track soon
