Who is the person/people that keep this location so clean and shiny? You have one of the cleanest establishments in the Sidney area. What a breath of fresh air when I walk in mostly every morning. Your food is also hot and delicious. Keep up the good work.

This place was so much better , food quality and service wise, before the new store was built. It really seems they are now using the cheapest labor force known to mankind and it really shows. The quality is very sub par these days. I hope they can get this back on track soon

The employee that was taking me and my wifes order through the drive proceeded to start our order then went and took 4 other orders and came back to us and asked what they could get started for us after we were halfway through ordering already. They then continued to not give us our medium and large fry that we ordered and paid for. To make matters worse I asked for my McDouble to be dressed like a Big Mac and when I opened it up it looked like it was all just slopped onto the bun and they still put ketchup and mustard on it. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I tried to call the restaurant to complain and they completely disregarded the phone call. To think the employees there make $14+ an hour is insane. Pathetic.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. It’s McDonald’s, I don’t expect much. They have accepted that comment as a challenge. It’s impossible to be waited on (inside or drive thru) and I even attempted to reach out to their customer service before leaving a review. Apparently, it’s a company wide policy to not assist. The Sidney McDonald’s I assure you is the worst McDonald’s on the planet. I don’t know about the “food” as I have yet to ever be waited on. Save yourself time, aggravation, well, they do save you money.
