The staff is very friendly. The newly renovated building has a cold vibe and is very unwelcoming. It feels like a villain's lair. The kiosks are overwhelming and frustrating for myself (33 years old) and especially those older than me. There used to be elderly people lined up at opening to sit and chit-chat while eating their breakfast and drinking their coffee. This is more to give a five star shoutout to a young man whose name I believe is Jenson. My family and I stopped on our way to the Airforce Museum in kind of a rush and the wait for our food was 25+ minutes. Once my husband brought our food back out to the car we were missing two sandwiches and had to go back in.
