Placed an order at 5:59pm, tracker claimed “on its way” at around 6:40. At 7:05 I call asking where my order is as it’s been “on its way” for going on half hour.. Employee claims the order was placed 17min prior to my call, which I responded with uh no I have proof I placed at 5:59.
