I stopped going to Papa John's for a few years decided to try it again and was blown away!! Best pizza I have had in a while!! Thank you Papa John's!

I ordered a specialty pizza with an additional 1 topping 33.00 total it seemed like a good deal. The pizza was delivered piping hot cut all the way through. Driver was professional and polite..... But the actual pizza was trash literally both were dry meaning veeeery little pizza sauce I ordered a veggie pizza the veggies were also dried out I could not tell what veggies was on the pizzas. We like to order large pizzas and store them in fridge freezer then warm in the oven add a bit more cheese and have lunches throughout the week. Not possible with this pizza. I hate to complain and I also hate to say negative things bout businesses. I understand it affects the bottom line but please take every customer s money serious and give them the superior value you are capable of and we expect.

I love the bubbly crust. This last time the crust was dry and not as soft. I think Papa John's has gone cheaper with there crust, but to be fair I don't get to eat here often cause I have to travel far to get it. That's my other complaint, I have to drive 45 minutes to get a pizza.

Just spoke with the manager and she was incredibly rude and argued with me relentlessly and at the end of the conversation she was yelling at me and wouldn't let me speak then she hung up on me. I was not rude to her at all she just wanted to keep arguing instead of working with me on figuring out what happened to my drivers tip and 2 extra sauce cups I ordered. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.
