Ordered a special one wings then ordered an additional set of wings that were bone in and got sent with everything wrong didnt have the nerve to tell me that they didnt have the sauce I ordered. Made it home had to come back. I got to the store and the same girl who handed me my food was walking through the store with her cell phone to her ear. Not to mention when I pulled up the first time she was on the phone too. Definitely not the first time I've had an issue the service is also slow and seem to be under staffed at times. Think management needs to take a look at the team or corporate needs to look at the whole business.

Had to stop across the street at the store and while I was there the gentleman ran a bottle of pop across the street because they realized they made a mistake and didn’t give me all of what I ordered. Thank you.

Online carryout order. Waited at the window for 10min after the app said it was done. Finally got acknowledged. Was told 5 more minutes. 20min later it was put in the oven.

Ordered on app for delivery. Order arrives missing half the ingredients. Call, manager says he will have it remade and sent back out. Second order arrives with ONLY missing toppings from first order. Call back.. take both pizzas to the store. Have to show receipt after explaining for a 3rd time what happened, untouched pizzas in hand. Refund or remake, fine. The lack of professionalism and uncertainty of customer service is laughable. Would NOT recommend this below sub-par location.

The manager & her entire staff were professional, knowledgeable & helpful. It was my absolute pleasure to meet each & every person at this store! I purchased a $5 box with honey bbq boneless wings & personal pan pizza. Best $5 I've spent in a long time. Thank you for your kindness 💖

Garbage customer service can never reach anyone at the store and they will straight up take your money and never deliver the food they’ll make you drive to the store and then still refuse to make your food.

Service at this location is awful. Professionalism is nonexistent. They got a few new employees who are still training and they're doing alright. But I'm sure they'll be ruined soon by young people who were put in management positions too soon. Just vaping outside and eating in front of customers. Late orders.. even when they're not busy. I don't get it. I come here very often as a doordash driver. I've seen this place in multiple phases. Hoping this one phases out soon.

Ordered off the app. Missing sauces. Hole cut in the sauce they sent. Not ordering from here ever again. Person I talked to seemed annoyed that I’d want what they forgot on my order. There are better pizza places in Sidney. Order from one of them.

I ordered here last night and they missed an item but gladly replaced it. No problem there but I didn't notice until it was too late that my pizza was messed up but still edible. Nice lady named Cindy told us that it was too late to fix the pizza but to come back today and to have a new one made with no extra charge didn't sound unreasonable so we agreed. My problem is the fact of when we tried claiming the replacement pizza the people kept hanging up the phone every time we called and gave my mother attitude when I sent her to go get it since I was busy running an errand at the time. I've had nothing but issues with this place over the years and granted it's my fault going back to them but it's not my fault that the one on vandamark road doesn't deliver. I've had pizza arrive with no sauce or no cheese or items constantly missing or the food being entirely wrong and one time I ordered I had $100 and the food was around $50 instead of giving my fiance time to tell them what their tip was supposed to be they ran off with the rest of my money and when I called the store it took them 3 hours to get the driver to bring my money back and I ended up revoking their tip because of it since I was understandably furious. I will not be ordering from here anymore and I will be doing carryout from the Vandamark Road address since they never fail to deliver on good food and service.

Ordered through the app, very easy. Good arrived, ordered a big box meal, cheese sticks, boneless and extra nacho fries. No nacho on the fries, no sauce for the cheese sticks, no sauce on the pizza. That being said, was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store. 38 minutes on hold no one answered.
