There was a Sign on the door said they closed at six on Christmas Eve . I walked in for a carryout order st 5:20 and a couple of gentleman walked in right before me to eat inside it was 520. They told them that they were closing at six and turned them away. That’s ridiculous if you’re open till six you stay open till six if someone walks in the door at 5:58 you serve them.
In addition, I ordered 2 double orders of cinnamon sticks and they messed that up and only had 2 single orders, I had to wait on those when I called at 1:30 in the afternoon for a 530 pick up. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of having to wait when I had people here at my house waiting for dinner. The young lady there boxing the pizzas wanted to be anywhere, but there, I could just tell with her attitude and her looks. I know it was Christmas Eve and I know she was probably there all day but when a customer is standing right in front of you, you need to have a better attitude.

Will never use this pizza hut again. Ordered through the app. Got to the drive thru and was ignored. After 5 minutes waiting for someone to actually pay attention to the drive thru window, the gentleman handed me my cold pizza. I have never had this problem at the other pizza hut in town. At 7:30 on a Wednesday there were 2 cars in the lot. I could understand if they were busy. They need to close this location for good.

It is a shame there is not more choices at the buffet the salad was good just none of pizza choice the service was friendly and the waitress was very good just wish there was more to choose from like some other places the decor was nice in the building was unique on the outside a meating going on it as more inport than i was the guy talked about service and did not sivre talk is chep he needs to lead by exame not preach he took my seriver away from me . Plus he talked about magic like i was harry porter i pay for a swrvice not harry porter
We stopped here on our way home from a long drive and got carry out. We sat outside to let our kids run around and burn some energy and one of the staff members noticed and brought us napkins and asked if we needed anything else. We explained that we had a long travel day and she then gave us drinks and activity pages for our kids. We can’t say enough about that staff members kindness and how welcomed we felt today. Thank you!

server was polite. they do not let you know the prices. they have a qr code to scan but the employees said it hasnt been working for months. we did not order we left. you need to give people an idea of what thier bill would be. we wanted pizza, wings and breadsticks to feed 5. we went to cassanos and ate inside had no issue seeing price.
