We stopped here on our way home from a long drive and got carry out. We sat outside to let our kids run around and burn some energy and one of the staff members noticed and brought us napkins and asked if we needed anything else. We explained that we had a long travel day and she then gave us drinks and activity pages for our kids. We can’t say enough about that staff members kindness and how welcomed we felt today. server was polite. they do not let you know the prices. they have a qr code to scan but the employees said it hasnt been working for months. we did not order we left. you need to give people an idea of what thier bill would be. we wanted pizza, wings and breadsticks to feed 5. we went to cassanos and ate inside had no issue seeing price.

staff was rude and unproffesional refused to take my order or do delivery pretended they could not hear me the first time i called so they didnt have to deliver very disapointed use to be great service now ran by pepole that are causing profit hurts to the company to be honest after speaking with woman on the phone in how she was rude and mocked which normaly does not bother me but in customer service you dnt mock the customer over the phone will never agian get food from here.

First of all, you need to delete reviews over 1 year old! Pizza Hut in Sydney is our favorite place for pizza!Their buffet is great, salad bar is really good, too. Servers are great, too. Management is better then last year.

Couple things to point out 1) Service is a little slow because you only have one waitress 2) buffet is not bad, salad bar is a plus.One of the picture on this review says buffet is 6.99 for lunch but it is 11.49 I believe with a drink.
We were there for the buffet. It was being stocked very well nice hot pizza, a nice variety. The salad bar was fresh. They had 2 different types of noodles with garlic and cinnamon bread sticks. Your choice of beverage.Tables were clean and not much of a wait. Reasonably priced.
I like the pizza but I think there is little staff at this branch and if you need something you have to wait or they forget it. For example if you need more drink...

Never ordering here again staff gave us the wrong stuff and made our order wrong and dough was slightly undercooked and the pizza was very runny and staff hung up when I tried calling and letting them
