Rather sure the food was from the week's prior left overs, being carnivore i choose no sauce, had no ideal that would result in no taste. Tasteless, dry, ( i mean old food dry, you could instantly tell it was warmed over from an much earlier time), & just plain unpalatable, I boxed the $30 serving up for our dog. As more bbq joints pop up, I always approach them with high hopes, but this one definitely falls into our one & done category.

Ordered 3 items. Buffalo potato Brisket potato and bacon ranch fries. About $30 and 30 minutes. The only meat was the brisket. No bacon, no buffalo chicken. Absolute east of money.

Overrated and overpriced! There was a Gordon Food service box on the hostess counter, which probably means all their side dishes came directly out of a carton, and they couldn’t even doctor them up! Would not recommend this place. If you truly want an excellent BBQ experience, try 2G’s BBQ in Bellefontaine OH! Smok’n Jo’s could learn a thing or two from those folks!

Pulled pork was good, hamburger was dry and tasteless. Brisket that I was served should of been called elephant skin, tough, dry and bland.
