Picked up online order with coupon for 3 footlongs for 17.99 and here’s what I got; extra mayo was missing and also missing veggie on #1. The second one had way too many red onions and no mayo but siracha sauce. The 3rd one had something spicy on it and was runny. All the breads were smashed. Could barely tell bread was toasted because it was mushy from something. Very disappointed. No more online orders from this Subway.

I've had a long day of running my kids around from musical rehearsals to soccer practices and was really wanting an easy option and something quick...I started off in the drive thru, but saw the sign that said no more than 4 subs in drive thru, told the attendant I had 5, which they said they couldn't and told me I had to come inside to order. I find that absolutely ridiculous! I then had to bring all 3 of my children into the store to order. My two youngest children were not on their best behavior, not making excuses, but we have had a LONG day. The older sandwich maker seemed irritated with my children and even made comments. I get it, my kids are a hand full...but, if you would have let me order one additional sub in your drive thru, I wouldn't have had to bring my misbehaving children up in your store, and your employee wouldn't have had to threaten my child with sweeping and mopping your restaurant...

The guy working the counter at this subway gave us top notch service he really went above and beyond. The food was also delicious, they are always sending us amazing coupons so a win win.

Ordered fir delivery the whole order was wrong tried until they closed to get ahold of them to fix the order as what I paid for I did not get at all I was unable to got to the store that is why the delivery. Now no dinner and I will have the charge reversed. Really awful service

Great food, friendly service, and a great outdoor picnic tables. You will get better service by ordering in any way than showing up in person. Ordering in the drive thru or online you won't have a problem but standing in person waiting to order you will be the last priority and it should be the opposite.

In correct order twice in a row than I called 3rd time I ordered to tell them they had been incorrect to make sure they did it correctly especially being im paying for the items and guess what happens its incorrect again called to make complaint and the lil girl who answered was extremely rude telling me I was wrong that I didn't know what I was talking about arguing with me wouldn't give me her name nor a number for a manager nor would allow me to speak to manager on duty
