In correct order twice in a row than I called 3rd time I ordered to tell them they had been incorrect to make sure they did it correctly especially being im paying for the items and guess what happens its incorrect again called to make complaint and the lil girl who answered was extremely rude telling me I was wrong that I didn't know what I was talking about arguing with me wouldn't give me her name nor a number for a manager nor would allow me to speak to manager on duty

Horrible customer service and very rude employees at the drive-thru, always a 5-10 minute wait to order with absolutely nobody else in line or inside. This location will not take coupons. Well worth the 10 minute drive across town to another Subway location owned by a different franchise at:1520 W Michigan St,Sidney, OH 45365where the employees are friendly and hospitable.

I have seen staff standing in the back hall, and they did not answer the drive up or come when I honked at the register window, but 15 minutes later they were serving clients again. In order to avoid in correct orders or absentee workers, I placed and order through the app. The app only works during open hours and you can't even see a menu before they open.Half of the time I get something other than what I ordered and that is more that irritating as I have health issues that restrict certain items. Getting the correct sandwich ordered, was the reason to use the app.I placed an order, drove the 1.5miles, and waited in the lot for a long time, 2 clients inside had been served and left, and 3 cars arrived after me were through the drive-up before my sandwich was even started. Half way through the wait I verified that they had the order and they said they were working on it. It took 17 minutes from the time of the online order to its delivery. The workers tried to blame the delay on in-store traffic however, I could see inside the store and it shouldn't take 2-3 workers this long for 6 orders.This time the sandwich was what I had ordered, but it would have been quicker to go through the drive-up, but there is no guarantee that you will get what you ordered when driving through!

Stopped in yesterday evening. There was a young guy working. He was very quick and also friendly.He tried asking me about my day and I feel like I might have been rude by not speaking much. He was doing his job and doing it well. 5* for him.

The lobby was closed 45 mins early, with the staff just standing around and talking in the lobby, so I had to go through the drive thru. Paid $10 for a sub with only two things on it because the owner doesn't want to take coupons anymore. Did not see the sign untill I had pulled around and the sandwich was already made. Staff was not very nice. I would go to a different location.
